Nothing really, it is a basic accommodation but worked for me

Staff is really nice, always smiling and ready to help -It is well connected by buses and there is 12min walk to the metro station -Basic, Clean and comfortable. Will stay here again when I come back.

Breakfast wasn't so diverse.

It is well located. You can walk to the Coliseum in 25 minutes. The area is quiet. My room has windows facing the main road, so my sleep wasn’t disturbed by noise. The room was fresh and had a nice AC. Breakfast was okay, and the staff was very friendly.

Religious statues everywhere, the breakfast and iron is in a separate building, the information for the reception wasn’t updated in our room, there’s no body wash only shampoo

I've had a very enjoyable and relaxing time at Casa San Giuseppe (CSG) thanks to an exceptional service throughout my short stay. Could not have been happier with the staff members at CSG, its location, breakfast, A/C, and every practical aspect of their customer care. I highly recommend it.

It would have been great if they had provided daily tea, coffee, cups, and shampoo in the room.

The location for me was slightly less than ideal because it is in a residential area and to go anywhere, first you get a bus to the subway and then onwards. However, the bus-stop was quite close and travel was easily manageable.

The breakfast was great ! Not a traditional American or English but it had boiled eggs, ham and cheese pie, fruit, desserts, juices, coffees and a lot more. They allowed me to leave my luggage at 7.00am as I had a Vatican tour at 8.30. Only tiny issue I felt was that the luggage room did not have a locked door but my stuff was fine. The hotel is a part of an active convent, I believe, so it was very secure and calm, which I appreciated as a single traveler. The room was clean and restful. The bed was very comfortable, with pristine white sheets; and the bathroom was also nice. There was AC, a small Fridge and a safe. Nothing to not like.

Excellent clean, breakfast was plentiful, staff were polite and really helpful, checkin time from 11am 👌It was just what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of the city yet on a direct bus route 628 or 360 which ran regularly and easy to use.

Communication with the staff. is a bit challenging, but we were still able to understand with google translate.

It is very quiet and comfortable, in a beautiful neighbourhood. It's a bit outside of the city centre and is not that crowded, and is more family orientated. The breakfast is beyond expectation (for Italy). There are also some amazing restaurants in the area.

An excellent place to stay. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the Metro, located in a residential area , away from the tourists masses and with decent local places to eat nearby. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. There was lots of choice at breakfast. It’s part of an active convent.
