The place has amazing location and nice hosts. We arrived late at night and successfully checked in. The room was clean and had enough space and had vintage elements - cute plates at the kitchen, old lights and tiles, what makes it truly authentic experience! What is also important - the room was equipped with AC, which helped during the hot day. We felt completely safe at the neighborhood and could reach the main attractions by walking.

What we enjoyed was the rooftop terrace and the super friendly hosts. Nelly and Mikhail where such nice people that always helped if we needed help or needed someting. You really feel at home instantly with the couple. The apartment itself was superb! Very clean and big. Close to alot of places like markets, the cathedral, etc. If you are staying in Palermo be sure to stay at their place because you won't regret it!

The apartment is very spacious and well located. A few minutes walk from the center. Room very clean and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is functional. There is a fridge in the room. It is possible to use the washing machine and ironing board. Most importantly, the owners are wonderful people - very nice and helpful. Well worth paying the extra for the suite with the balcony with a balcony and view of the Duomo. The suite was reminiscent of staying in a palazzo! Everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Bialetti coffee pot. Rooftop terrace was nice. Casa Rosa is well located just a short distance from the Duomo, with a good restaurant almost next door, and everything Palermo has to offer within a short walk. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Casa Rosa is in a good location as it is only a short walk to the main street and attractions. The accommodation was very clean and the owners very helpful.

While it is situated in a small ally, some local neighbors can be very loud. I suggest to wear ear plugs during the night. The kitchen has a stove, but cooking food is not allowed. So if you want to buy fresh seafood and vegetables to make by yourself, this is not the place for you. But then there are plenty of tasty places to try out in Palermo.

The view was just amazing. My room on the third floor has a five star view, better than climbing to the Cathedral! You can also go to the roof top where there are tables and chairs to enjoy the view. The room was spacious and very clean! It exceeded what I have imagined. The owner was very responsive and kind. I think they live downstairs. There is also a very new elevator! The location is very convenient, where you can reach almost every touristic places by foot (10 minutes). There are also ACs (although I didn't find the remote control)

Very clean sheets and towel with great smell. Clean and spacious room and toilet, good water pressure and hot water. Good Internet. Clean shared kitchen with beautiful views of the Duomo. Easy check-in. Nice hosts. Good mattress felt as knew. Slept great during all 3 nights of my stay. Beautiful furniture (real wood decor). Located at Old town stone throw to duomo. Place felt safe. Ficaria novamente sem hesitar. Otimo lugar e limpo. There is a lift to the upper floors so no need to use stairs.

I suggest putting some of the tee bags and small water bottles in the fridge if you arrive late.

Good position right in Centro storico of Palermo, 2 minutes to Del Capo Market, Palermo Cathedral is 5 minutes, Ballarò Market 10 minutes, parking available 1 minute, free, lift to your room, good water pressure, quite and relaxed environment. The host is very available, always to contact. Restaurants,shops, groceries,and a bar for breakfast. Is perfect.

Firstly I would like to thank Ms Nelli and her husband, for they were amazingly professional and friendly to us. They helped us even when it was not their work time. The hotel is super close to the center and you can walk to the sightseeing.

The location is a huge advantage—the property is situated right next to the Palermo Cathedral, and nearby there’s a large square where you can park for free, which is a real treasure in Palermo.
