Everything was just perfect. Recently our family traveled in many places across Europe, but this appartment was the best choice. Location is perfect. Everything in Rome is simple to reach by walk. Vittoria, our host was amazing. She was all the time super available for each our requesr or question. Also we had little accident to forget luggage in appartment after checkout but Vittoria kindly arranged everything so the luggage is on the way to us. Thanks for everything Vittoria. We will come back for sure.

The opening and locking of the door were tricky.

Location and facilities superb. Vittoria was incredibly helpful prior to our arrival with advice and booking of airport transfers. She met us at the apartment, showed us round and ensured we had everything - including a fridge of essentials. All of historic Rome was on our doorstep with restaurants round the corner.

The noise from out the front was pretty loud at points as building work nearby was taking place.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, there's not much I didn't like. To be extremely picky, it might have been nice to have a separate oven, or perhaps instructions on how to use the grill/oveny features of the microwave, and the TV in the lounge was a little small to see well without my glasses. The front door is a little tricky to operate and the handle on the inside is a bit loose. But all in all would definitely recommend a stay here.

Vittoria was an excellent host. It was nice meeting her onsite and having her take us through the apartment. Check in was easy - once we got to the apartment we buzzed the Casa Roma button and she met us on level 5. There is an old style lift which is great for luggage but very tight. The apartment is beautifully decorated which gives a really comfortable and homely feel. The kitchen and laundry is well stocked with everything you need including things that are often forgotten like bottle openers. Nice little touches like a few snacks and drinks were appreciated. Having two bathrooms plus an extra toilet was very convenient, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, comfortable and clean with an excellent layout. Location is great, nice area and easy walks to places like the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Restaurants and small supermarkets close by.

A little too much decoration although beautifully done which prevented us from using spaces for our items.

if I had to pick one thing! one of the toilets was a little leaky (noisy) but fiddling with the flush a few times fixed it otherwise this property was just incredible

nothing - the only way to improve it would be for it to have a terrace, but then we probably couldn’t afford it !

I’m reluctant to comment too much as this was an exceptional apartment and from a selfish point of view I would want it to be available whenever I go back to Rome! There are two large en suite suites, with a dressing area to both and good quality bathrooms attached (plus a separate cloakroom/toilet elsewhere in apartment). very comfortable, supersized beds in both bedrooms with good quality bedding. smallish sitting area and kitchen /dining area plus separate utility with dishwasher and washing machine.
