The B&B was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean (Rachele dedicates a lot of time to keep it this way), and really well located for Sorrento and Pompeii, with a train station very close by. However, the most amazing part of my stay was Rachele herself. She was the kindest, warmest host (and person) and I loved getting to know her during my stay. As a solo traveller, it was lovely to have the B&B and Rachele to return to each evening.

Rachele was a superb host, feeling more like family. She went out of her way to provide us with information on local attractions and how to manage the transport and ticketing. Breakfast was also beautifully served. We really appreciated the village feel of Piano di Sorrento, being close enough to tourist activities but also just away from the tourist chaos.

Location is peaceful, quiet, gives the feel of locals. Food is fresh and delicious. Host is very informative and gives tips on where to go, public transit, and where to eat. There is an elevator in the building, and public transit is within easy walking distance.

We miss the old lady Rachel from Amalfi.

Rachel welcomed us with limoncello. The location was safe, 6mins walk from the Piano station and 3mins from the main plaza of Piano. Breakfast was ok-ok, coffee was good. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The view from the bedroom window was wonderful (of the cove and mountain, Vesuvius). Rachelle helped to make the Amalfi coast travel plan. We were allowed to have pizza dinner on the balcony with a view of the mountain. Strick house rule to keep the place clean

It was so comfortable and clean. Rachele was an absolutely amazing host, it felt like we were staying with family. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make our stay amazing. We would definitely stay with her again if we go back to Sorrento.

Rachele is very welcoming and you feel at home. Her home is very clean. She is helpful with maps, ideas for good restaurants and sights to see. I would definitely recommend her Air BnB. Will return next year.

Rachele was the most helpful host we had on our trip to Italy. She shared many tips on where to go and even got us a discount for a boat tour in Capri, as she knows the area very well. If you want to just enjoy the trip and don't worry much about planning, this is a great choice of accommodation. The place was also very clean and comfortable 👌

Rachele goes out of her way to care for her guests. The location is perfect for getting to Naples, Pompei and only a 4 min train ride to Sorrento. Love the authenticity of Piano.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Casa Rachele. Rachele is a fantastic host and has a beautiful home. Her recommendations for dinner were the best in town. It was nice to sit with her upon arrival and go over details, questions and needs, as well as getting to know each other. She even had a special cake and chocolate egg for Easter breakfast. She also accommodated my food allergies. I would definitely return for another visit. This is a quiet home and not a crash pad for partiers.

there isn’t anything I could say that I didn’t like.

it was in a perfect location, just a few minutes from the Metro Station and buses on the same street. around the corner was the square with a lovely selection of restaurants and bars. Within walking distance was the Marina too. The property was very clean and I would fine my room tidy everyday. i had an amazing view from my room too. Rochele was very hospitable and explained everything I needed to know. Also the place looked better than I had seen on the pictures

Rachel's manner can be abrupt, but it might be the language. It may not suit you to stay if you are very sensitive. We had to laugh some stuff off.

We loved the location. The Marianiello Cafe was our favorite daily visit for refreshments, plus Le Tre Arcate across the square had amazing service and dinner, which Rachel recommended. Rachel has a lot of good information, but it would be great to have it in English in a typewritten form as it was very difficult to comprehend and take it all in after a long day of travel. We made several small mistakes in recalling everything that she told us, and we were then berated and made to feel like children, which wasn't very nice. Rachel tries her best to help her guests, which is great. Make sure when you get a ferry to Amalfi and Positano to find out about the Ravello tour as we didn't know. Remember also to arrive at breakfast on time. It is very nice. The place is exceptionally clean.

Nice clean room with fully renovated bathroom. Rachele is a wonderful host, her recommendations are awesome (restaurant, transportation, spots and ice cream). The apartment is located in Piano di Sorrento, which is a wonderful way to stay out of highly-touristic areas while being 5 minutes away from a train stop and Sorrento. Also the sea view from one of the bedrooms is wonderful !
