It's a bit confusing to reach the place. Breakfast was not that good. Personal opinion, not the best value for money.

Breakfast. If you like just coffee with something sweet, then the breakfast is ok for you. But if you are trying to eat healthy then I would recommend to go elsewhere.

Quiet and clean. Powerful AC. Bidet in a bathroom. The nuns working there are very friendly, good vibe. Very good accommodation for a tired traveler.

There was no receptionist at one of the buildings. Breakfast time was between 7 and 10 but after 9:15, some items were not charged. I think that in the peak season, the voices of other rooms will be annoying.

It was near the bus stop. The room was clean and they cleaned it every day. The staff was helpful and responsive. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was OK.

Eggs, fruits, green salads were not available in the breakfast which I didn't like . Soft drinks , tea making utensils and required things for it to be made available in the room.

It was noisy, you could clearly hear people talking in adjacent rooms although staff helped me by telling the residents of adjacent room to be quiet but still I had noise concerns The entrance of the hotel was also weird and entering the hotel wasn't smooth, you have to press a button to let reception know to let you in

Had trouble finding my way out of the building complex, but that's just probably me not knowing Italian system.

In contrary to some reviews I've read I have found that late check-in was smooth and staff spoke perfect English.

It's better to put sleapers for the bathroom .

In the room 24th there are annoying voices, signals and other kind of sounds which of them forced me to sleep not really well. So, first, you should check the sound system and then choose which room you want. Never choose room 24th. My kind advice.

The place is close to the subway station - Ubaldi, which is so comfortable when you travel and do not have plenty of time wasting by waiting buses which of them never arrive on time in Italy. Balcony and the exterior is really majestic. Interior is full of icons which is also a part of your adventure and makes this hotel memorable. Bus stop is also so close even though it is useful or not. So, subway accessibility, hotel interior and exterior and bus stop makes this place so much comfortable and the price isn't even expensive comparing to other hotels.

Location near the metro. Quiet . Good breakfast. Staff very helpfull. It was possible to park at the location.

The beds were very hard, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The gentleman that was behind was a bit standoffish and watched me struggle with my luggage up the stairs instead of directing me to the area where I can go to and take the elevator.

I liked the quiet and the price.

The guy who checked me in wasn't informative-- didn't tell me how the doors to the property gate or front entrance worked, offer wifi info, etc. The bed was very hard, but fortunately there was an extra blanket in the wardrobe that I laid down which helped a lot.

Great value! Clean, dry, linens provided. My room was available so I was able to check in 2 hours early instead of them holding my luggage. Convenient to both metro and bus lines, plus the shuttle stop.
