We had a lovely stay! The surrounding nature was beautiful, with mountains all around and a peaceful atmosphere. The owners were very friendly and helpful – communication was excellent. They kindly accommodated our slightly late arrival around 8:30 PM and also our early morning departure. They even prepared a generous breakfast to take with us on the road. The accommodation was very clean, smelled nice, and was quiet. We also enjoyed the company of the friendly cats. We would love to come back again – and next time, stay longer to explore the area more.

IT was very nice family run guest house with very kind owners. The room was cozy, clean, nicely decorated. Bed very comfortable and fridge in the room. The bathroom was outside, but there were no other guests,so it wasn not a problem. Breakfast was nice,we got scrambled eggs and tasty coffee. For dinner we went to the pizzeria 10 minutes from the house, very nice!

Hosts Luisa and Silvio are wonderful, full of information on the territory and great recommendations. The location was easy to find, and extremely quiet which is ideal if you're seeking to relax as we were. The views are spectacular as it looks over the valley and across onyo Mt. Zoncolan. The bedroom and the shared bathroom are super clean and well appointed, the bed also very comfortable. And finally, the breakfast is also delicious with a nice selection of options suiting all palates. We'll definitely return to visit and stay here again.

I did not realize (my fault) until after I made the booking that the bathroom was not in the room, but shared on the floor (with another room). This was not a problem for us since the other room was not occupied. The door key handles may need to be oiled, since they do make some creaky sounds when opening the door. Not good when needing to use the bathroom at night - you might be waking up others!

Very good breakfast and friendly staff. They were punctual and had breakfast ready even if we came down 10 min early. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower water was hot and towels were of a good size. I appreciated the good tip from the owners to go eat at La Torate pizzeria/ristorante. They had a nice menu and classical "Carniche" menu dishes served at fair prices.

View from the window is so beautiful and panoramic. Good breakfast with delicious coffee and I believe that host served Illy coffee. Mateo and his father are very welcoming hosts. The Villa is Not to far away from town. If weather is great better walk down to shops and restaurant. However driving is also pleasant so you can discover area more. Bed linen is clean and comfy. We booked in low season and w enjoyed quite time and area.

The place was fantastic.The owner waited for us until very late at night, and when we arrived we had some teas and a bath.Water was hot.The breakfast was absolutely amazing, Italian breakfast style made by the owner, delicious and abundant.
