There was no ventilation in the passage in front of the rooms so it was very hot. The air conditioner did it's bit though. The restaurants were a bit away and not always open.

It is a great little place for a couple or one person for a short city break. It is about 3km from the city but there is a bus stop very close. It is in a residential area but there's a Lidl close by as well as restaurants not too far but it would be better to eat out in the city centre. No breakfast was provided but there is a coffee shop/patisserie bare 2 min walk from the property. The keys were left in a key box and the host used Whatsapp to communicate with me. It was all very easy. There is also a small fridge in the room, great for cold water in the heat.

The wall are so thin that we could hear every single word what our neighbor said. It was like he was in the room with us. And the noise from the hall was sadly loud too.

Flexibility- we got keys in the box with a code, it was great because we arrived later than we expected due a big traffic. It was clean, easy to use and very close to the centre by foot.

Only fault I have with this place is the location! 30 minute walk from the station and then also 30 minutes into the centre. Other than that was fantastic, wish I stayed longer.

Good accommodation in a quiet house with a small patio to chill. Super easy communication with the host, professional check in, cleaning too notch and flexible when we wanted to extend our stay for another night. Great overall and recommended!

There were some little bugs in the room which was a big turn off for me. I expect the rooms to get cleaned before moving in and from some of the spider webs it didn't seem as if there was a thorough clean. One of the windows was broken and could therefore not be closed completely over night.

The room was very nice, it had wooden floors and a wood wall so it seemed clean. The bathroom was nice and light.

Within walking distance of Stazione Verona Porta Nuova (train station) and the city centre. Very clean and the lady we liaised with was very efficient.

It was a bit expensive, but still one of the cheaper options and I think it was definitely worth it.

The location of the apartment is perfect. The most delicious Pasticcheria awaits just around the corner to have a lovely breakfast and there are quite a lot of restaurants around, also there's a Lidl just 5 min away. The room itself was a bit small, but cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was super spacious and the shower was great. Everything was clean and the mini fridge in the room is perfect for cooling a bit of watermelon or storing left-over pizza. There is also a small patio in front of the house where you can sit in the late afternoon and enjoy the shade of the trees.

there was no receptionist, so the owner sent us a WhatsApp asking for a picture of our passport, this was very uncomfortable. Also, the internet was not the best, and it’s a bit far from the city center. At some point there was a cut of water, which we understand was not the owner’s fault but it was very inconvenient as it was in the evening when we wanted to shower.

The shower holder was broken, the water pressure change a little bit from time to time. You could hear everything that the next room was saying (you could hear even the TV). Also, I was hearing lots of pigeons on the roof, you could hear they walking and there were times that they started to make sounds in the middle of the night, in woke me up.

The staff was super friendly, I talked to the person before arriving asking if I could check in early, I could do that without problem, it was super easy to find the place and super easy to access the room. Even though the location is not that close to the city center, you can take a bus and be there in 20 minutes or walk 30 minutes (in which is a beautiful walk)

The staff were particularly lovely and helpful. The room was fab and the location perfect, just a few minutes walk from the train station. The breakfast was lovely too. The hotel is close to the main part of Peschiara Del Garda with its scenic walk along the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel.
