Kitchen was missing some basics that are usually supplied, like cooking oil. Otherwise all was good.

A few reviews talked about the noise of the street. We heard the street but then discovered an open window. When closed we struggled to hear the street.

Everything was excellent. The location was in the old city and fabulous. The building was old but the apartment was renovated and modern. The ground to first story has a separate lift that sounds like it’s been out of commission for a while. Didn’t matter. The staircase to the level with a lift was ok. Air con and bathroom was great. The flat is very spacious. The host was very helpful and contactable.

The location is excellent and check in was very smooth. We got to leave our bags after check out too which was very helpful. People need to understand that this is really one big space, not separate rooms. The main bed is very comfortable. The second bed is a sleeper sofa--not too bad but it was hard for me to avoid the frame when I was getting in and out. I stayed with my adult stepdaughter and we had enough privacy because of the size of the space, even though we were technically in the same room. And it was remarkably quiet given it is steps away from Piazza del"Erbe and via Mazzini.

After a very bad experience in one accommodation, we booked this real refreshment! They even met us for an early check-in, which was easy. The apartment is in the center of the city, spacious and big, extremely clean and modern, has everything you need. Good heating, dishes, spices and everything an apartment should have. It is very well lit, which is hard to find in Verona. Considering that you are in the very center, it can be said that it is not noisy. I recommend it for people with children

Only a small thing, but the water pressure was a little low, both in the bathroom and the kitchen, and it took quite long until hot water came out.

Not a fault of the property, but the street noise (from foot traffic only) can be quite loud well into the evening, even with the roller shutters and window closed.

The location is amazing, putting you right in the heart of the historic centre. We stayed in the deluxe apartment which was clean, well presented and suited our need for short stay base for a few nights.
