Maybe an extra plug or two to charge my camera and phone but can't really fault the location or service.

We had a couple of nights in August at the Casa Masoli. The location was ideal for exploring Ravenna but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep in the large comfortable characterful room. Breakfast was perfect with fantastic coffee, cereals, croissants, pastries as well as cooked breakfast if required. Ideal fuel for a days exploring.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, a lot of delicious pastries and not too many vegetables, but this is very typical for Italy, so you just have to be prepared for that.

It's a lovely stay if you're a bit tired of regular hotels and standardised B&Bs, feels like you're staying at someone's home, which is beautiful and filled with love. Very close to all the important landmarks and restaurants. Anna was very friendly and welcoming, her dog Gioia is a charm. The lifting device for the suitcases is entertaining :)

Amazing location for all Ravenna’s UNESCO sites. Walking distance from station. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely comfortable huge room in beautiful historic building. Plentiful supply of shower gel and shampoo provided daily. Excellent breakfast. Great restaurant recommendations supplied.

Just be aware that there is no elevator for people, and I believe only 1 room is on the ground floor, so as long as you are ok walking up stairs, this is a great B&B. They have a cool system set up to get your luggage upstairs for you!

The location is perfect: close to the mosaic monuments, shopping, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The breakfast was presented beautifully with lots of selection from meats and cheeses, pastries, fruit, bacon and eggs, coffee, juice, and yogurt. It was all delicious!

We loved it all.

We loved everything about Casa Masoli. Anna is a beautiful and gracious host. She made us feel like special guests in her home. We loved our time in Ravenna and if we are lucky enough to return, there is no hesitation that we would stay at Casa Masoli.

That we only stayed one night!

There is not much to add that has not already been said in other reviews. This is a great little find. The owner is lovely, the rooms are generous and the historic elements of the decor very interesting. Breakfast was very good and they were also dog friendly.

As a former travel writer, I've stayed in many wonderful places, but I can honestly say that this is one of the best. The property is beautiful, filled with antiques and treasures. The room was enormous. The facilities were excellent and Anna was a perfect host: gracious, generous and kind. I can't recommend Casa Masoli enough.

Beautifully decorated room with good facilities. Short walk to the city centre and car park. Amazing breakfast which was hard to beat. Good advice from the staff in relation to restaurants and sightseeing. The room 2as cleaned daily.

We didn't get the amazing room we booked. The unexpected arrival of another guest with reduced mobility meant that we were bumped upstairs, without consultation. Of course, we paid less, and our room was lovely, but the room we lost was so spectactular that we couldn't help but feel hard done by. Anna was very apologetic, but to be honest, the lower price didn't make up for the disappointment, and perhaps she should have offered us a bigger discount.

Wonderful option for a few days in Ravenna. This house is a tourist highlight in its own right - an old Ravenna mansion, beautifully furnished and atmospheric. You are staying in Anna's family home, where she has lived all her life (since the end of WW2), and which she has been operating as a very classy B&B for 20 years - our room on the 2nd floor was her childhood bedroom. She's a lovely hostess, and a very good guide to what to do, where to eat, where to shop. Location is very central, but quiet. Breakfast is excellent. I've been visiting Italy for 40 years, maybe 20-30 times in total, staying in everything from 5 stars to zero stars, and I'm struggling to remember anywhere as excellent as Casa Masoli.

So much to like about this property! Spacious rooms and beautifully decorated. Anna the host was amazing and provided first class service ensuring our bags were delivered to our room and providing recommendations for Ravenna in relation to dining and sightseeing. Breakfast was superb with so many options in a beautiful breakfast room.
