The location was absolutely perfect - a 5 minute stroll away from the beach. The bedrooms and bathroom and living space were extremely clean and the host was so helpful! Also, her beautiful dog Leon came to greet us and which really made it feel like home. I would highly recommend Casa Mary and we look forward to returning!

This is a bedroom and shared house with 3 other bedrooms. If you are comfortable taking with others, then no issues. This is the first time we did this and there were no issues. The hostess / owner of the property was very nice.

Even though I didn't meet the host, she texted me before and during my stay, gave me tips and information about the area and transportation, she was super nice and helpful, i really love the location, it is quite and calm, i also like the common space in the house, made us meet the other guests and have a wonderful evening on the balcony together. The house is cozy and clean. All you need for the kitchen and bathroom is available. Also i really appreciated having an AC in the room.

Absolutely amazing few days spent at Casa Mary. Our wonderful host could not do enough for us. From making us breakfast and even a cake for us on our last day, to picking us up from the train station. On hand any time to answer any questions. She is the perfect host. I will definitely be back.

Casa Mary was exceptional. I not only liked my stay for two nights, but I want to move in. Comfortable, safe, quiet, easy to get to and from Rome’s airport. Breakfast was great, and ready was I got up. A couple little bars, cafes, and grocery stores very nearby.

Everything was fine.

It has a family atmosphere. The real Mediterranean apartment. Well-equipped. Quiet climate. Comfortable beds. Wardrobe with sliding doors. The host is a very nice lady who also prepared breakfast for us. The beach is 400 meters away. It's easy to approach. Restaurants nearby. It was a pleasure to be there!

Shared bathroom was an issue whenn we wanted to catch the sunrise and wabtes to take a shower before because we had ti wait. That is the only issue but also that is the reason that the price is so good so overall I ki dly recommend.

Mrs. Massimiliana is an extraordinary lady, a horse person, humane and full of vital force. Breakfast was waiting for us in the morning. Whatever we needed, she helped us, from recommending places to eat well and cheaper and nearby. on the day of departure, when we were waiting for the bus to the airport, one of the 5 p.m. buses did not come, our luck was that the flight was delayed by an hour and we were able to wait for the bus. Talking to her about the fact that one of the buses didn't come, the poor woman got impatient and came by car to the bus station ready to take us. We finally went with the bus that came on time, but I was moved to tears because she offered to take us to the airport promptly and safely. A golden man with a big warm and welcoming heart. Exceptional and impeccable accommodation. Very kind and humane host. Kindly rexommend to book especially if u have a tifht budged..

The local bus

The location is not far from the Fregene beach. You can just walk there. There are many nice beach bars and free beach area you can just lay down and dont need to pay for the beach chairs. And nearby the house there are many rearaurants, Gelato, small shops, post you can enjoy the foods! We have tried very nice pizza there for dinner and watch Euro2024! When you come from Rome city centre to the main train station at Maccarese Fregene, you will need to take the bus no. 11 to the station near the place which we hate, Haha because no signs, no information at the bus stop at all and hard to find information on the internet. We waited without knowing when the next bus will come and need to ask around the people there which cannot speak english. However when I told the owner that we have waited quite long 45 mins, she reacted very fast and picked up us within 10 min. I would like to thanks her! She is very nice and friendly host. You can ask her anything just use google translate from English to Italian. She is very supportive!!! Shared Bathroom: which is okay for us. It's a big one and there're everything for you such as shampoo, shower cream, cotton pads etc. Actually there's another big room which has ensuit bahtroom. Breakfast: continental breakfast

Lovely little room, but bed was not terribly comfy. Otherwise, can’t really fault it at all! Would absolutely stay again.

Casa Mary is a charming little gem. Conveniently located around the corner from a couple of shops and cafes, and only a few hundred metres from the main restaurant/cafe area in one direction, and from the seaside and beach clubs in another. The host was absolutely lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a sweeter, more helpful host.
