Nothing, it was perfect but be aware there is no living area.

This is an exceptional property for this region, superb location just a few minutes walk from the old town and a lovely private terrace overlooking the town. The apartment, which is essentially two interconnected bedrooms each with a private bathroom and separate entrance and one with a small kitchen and laundry, is finished to an a very high standard throughout. Furnished with quality linens and thoughtful additional touches this is just what you need as a base after a long day sightseeing. The host, Claudia, achieves the perfect balance between offering privacy and bring on hand if you need anything. We will return!

The accommodation is in a good location for access into the town. Bedrooms are an adequate size and it's great to have a small terrace for breakfast and evening drinks and has an amazing view to San Gimignano. Parking is close to the property. Amazing

Claudia gave us a very warm welcome. She was very helpful providing tips and advice on local tips. Excellent location overlooking the field, within walking distance to supermarket, good restaurants and town. The apartment interior is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Wifi and air conditioning worked very well. Two bathrooms.

Nothing could be improved upon. We had a little difficulty operating the dishwasher, but that was because we were unfamiliar with the brand.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. Claudia met us and showed us around. Everything was spotless. The view of San Gimignano from this property was priceless. We had everything we needed. There was a washer for our clothes and the shower was wonderful. The wi fi was excellent as we had to work a little during our stay. Towels were fluffy and tied with ribbon. There was a towel warmer in the bathroom and a lighted mirror. The furnishings were top notch. We were able to walk into the town within a few minutes. San Gimignano had a very modern supermarket.

The room has very poor noise isolation from a room/appartment next door. Unfortunately, an ill child was crying all night long and we felt he/she was right next to us.

Communication and attention was terrific. Very comfy room with excellent location to visit San Gimignano and sorrounding towns.

We were very pleased with our accomodation in San Gimignano. The appartment is fitting very well for family with children. Everything was according to our expectations, the view from the terrace was absolutley breathtaking. The host, Claudia was really hospitable, with very good advices and recommendations for our vacation, starting from local festivals to driving roads with specific Toscan view, respectively restaurants and all needed advices :-) We absolutley recommend the location and looking forward for the next accomodation at Casa Margheri

Dark windowless room which didn't even have a fridge. The towels were cheap, thin and rough. There was a coffee machine but we were only given 2 pods in total for 2 days and it cost 1euro each if we wanted more. The coffee machine and kettle were set up on a flimsy trolley so we had to put them on the floor to use them just to be safe. Soap and shampoo were cheap as well. Only one tiny garbage bin in the bathroom so we had to take rubbish with us and throw in public bins.

Beautifully decorated and very clean room. The bathroom was excellent with a spacious shower. Only 5 minutes walk to centre and large supermarket. Nice terrace we could use but only before other guests checked in then we were not allowed.
