The apartment was clean, decorated really nice and had all the essentials. We loved the location, it was close enough where we could walk to everything in minutes but it was nice and quiet.

The air conditioning unit in the kitchen/lounge area worked very well but unfortunately there was no unit in the bedroom. It was by no means uncomfortable and we were provided with a fan.

Location was perfect - literally a 5 minute walk to all the sights. We were met when we first arrived and were helped with the luggage as there is no lift. (It is only on the second floor). Communication throughout the booking and our stay was excellent. The apartment is quirky in style, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Cosy, clean, spacious and quite elegant studio in the historic part of town. We loved the decoration, the facilities, being close to the center with its exquisite museums but also to shops. Perfect to explore the city and its surroundings. Free parking not far from property, a big bonus.

First of all, our host sent detailed communication on how to access the property, including a video to ensure instructions were clear.In addition to this, she included restaurant recommendations. Chiara checked in to ensure everything was OK. The apartment was extremely clean and we loved the decor. Bed and pillows were very comfy. There were some lovely touches, such as cold water in the fridge, some coffee and olive oil. This felt like a home from home. Would definitely return. Grazie.

The apartment was comfortable, cozy and conveniently located. Good size for a couple to stay for 3 to 7 days. The thematic decoration makes it special and it is clear the apartment was prepared with care. Chiara was also very helpful.

The apartment is small, very good quality for price, especially for a short stay. We were there the whole week and sometimes felt we'd like more, especially larger dinner and sitting spaces and a more confortable couch for the moments we would prefer to stay "at home" would be nice. We saw the other Chiara's apartments on the same floor are larger and will try to book one of these larger ones in our next visit. But will definetely try to stay with her!

Location is great, on a quiet street at walking distance from everything to be seen in Perugia. The apartment was nicely renovated, and everything worked. Confortable beds and pilloes, very good shower. There are many good restaurants, pizzeria and an enoteca nearby. The "alimentari" just downstairs is also very convenient. Chiara and her partner waited for us to deliver the keys, show the apartment, give us useful tips, and were always available to help us during our stay. She was so kind to allow us to stay longer than the check out time, which was very helpful as our flight was only in the evening.

I wonderfully themed apartment (ours was music - another was movies) that even included an acoustic guitar which on occasion I played. Very helpful friendly host. Excellent location, absolutely would recommend and return to.

The apartment was perfect. Retro furniture and paper walls returned me back to my childhood. However, the comfort was excellent. I appreciate spacy bedroom and clean and beautiful bathroom. The place is also excellent just near the centre of Perugia. Great cafeterias and restaurants are close to the accommodation. So, I am happy to fully recommend it!!

These are small things Chiara but ones that need looking at. The crockery was in a bottom cupboard below the table that was screwed to the benchtop. You had to get on your hands and knees to get plates out? I know this sounds picky but when your elderly this is a big issue. The couch (Doubled as a pull out bed) was SO uncomfortable. To the point we didn't sit on it, instead using the kitchen chairs. Im sure all these issues will be fixed now that its pointed out. Chiara seems very helpful and please these issues are only to assist with future guests comfort. Enquire when booking if these concern you.

First up the hosts Chiara and partner were brilliant. They meet us when we got out of the taxi which was so comforting. Location was spot on with many food and bar options within a minutes walk. The apartment (Ours was Movie) had a view of the church and also Siena. It was very quiet. Bed was very good. Easy access via lovely stairs and very secure doors. (2nd floor) Aircon was good. Bathroom/shower were good. There was plenty of light. I'd recommend this accomodation based on these positive points

I liked everything!

The owners are very very kind and helpful! They went out of their way to make sure I was having a good stay! The apartment is spotlessly clean, has amazing views and is right in the heart of the old town. Everywhere is within walking distance. Highly recommanded!

We liked everything

The appartment itself is colourful and vibrant, you get really good vibes from this place. Although the retro design, everything is either super clean or new with retro design. The kitchen equiped with everything you need, we cooked there alot. The hosts are super friendly and cool people, gave us excellent recomendations for restaurants and activities that were really useful and added to our enjoyment. If we will be in Perugia again we will stay there again for sure.

Everything was perfect

We booked 4 nights at Casa Malichi and extended for another 2 nights. The apartment is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. It is perfectly located in the center of Perugia and is great for exploring the city. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator and all the necessary amenities. Chiara provided us with lots of information and made us feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this apartment.

Chiara was outstanding and a delight to deal with: responsive and v. helpful. She explained how everything worked and gave excellent advice on great restaurants etc. The apartment is charming and well designed with all the amenities and is in a terrific location, close to the main historic attractions but with the feel of a local area.

Everything at Casa Malichi was great. Our retro Movie apartment was super comfortable, clean and lovely. The location was also great. Close to restaurants and the centre. We were messaged with all the information we needed to check in, as well as parking details, recommendations for restaurants, and maps. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We were looked after by Chiara. Loved the stay and will definitely return.
