Disadvantage at the building is the luck of lift as the flat is on the top floor. We had the bad luck of ants’ invasion from the bathroom window at the 1st day and we informed the owner immediately and she came first thing in the morning next day to inspect with the building maintenance to spray. We had to be extra careful with our personal belongings as the ants were spread in one of the bedrooms and one bathroom.

Excellent location very close to Piazza Navona and all major attractions. Comfortable bedrooms and indoor facilities. Great communication with owner and super helpful.

There were zero amenities. Not even a bottle of water. There was an old bar of soap left behind by the cleaners. The small bathroom has no ledge to set anything on.

Cookware could be newer. Shower handles were hard to reach in the first bathroom. Could use a comfy chair in the living room, since 4 people did not fit on the couch.

We stayed here for 3 days with our 2 children (7 and 10) and the property was perfect for us, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The property is within walking distance of all the main sights and there are numerous places to eat nearby which we found to be good value for money. We were met at the property so the keys could be handed over and we were told how everything in the property worked. We would definitely recommend staying here.

i knew before booking that there would be no elevators so please beware the apartment is on the 3rd floor so it was a lot of climbing especially after a long day out. But apart from that, there was nothing to complain!

It was very very nice and clean! The beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed. There was 2 bathroom so it was perfect for us in the morning since there were 5 of us. Location was also perfect! There’s a lovely restaurant right around the corner and if you’re staying here please go to two sizes and you’ll have the best tiramisu ever!

The property was great. The price may be a little high compared to other similar properties we’re staying at in Italy, but still a fantastic booking.

Fantastic location, truly within walking distance of everywhere you’d like to go in Rome. The apartment felt safe, and the owners were responsive and helpful, booking us an airport pickup at half the rate of another booking I’d made.

A few more cleaning supplies would have been appreciated as well as a small amount of milk. A pod coffee maker would have been excellent as the little cafetière did its best but was too small. Be aware there are quite a few flights of stairs.

Super location and we enjoyed staying with locals nearby. Restaurants are right at the end of the lane and the Piazza Navona is just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious and clean with good support from the host and good security.

No elevator 🙁. I did not realize this apartment was on the 3rd floor when I booked. One member of our group had issues with stairs so that was challenging for her.

The amenities and location were perfect - everything was in good working order and plenty of room to accommodate our group of 4 people.

Location is everything. Right off of the Piazza Navona. Short taxi/Uber rides to the train station, Vatican, and Colosseum, but absolutely within walking distance if it is not too hot. Great restaurants, cafes, shops, and gelato right at the end of the street. Two-bedroom, two-bath was plenty of space for our family of four. Clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen.

Very nice apartment for four people, quiet even if in the middle of a busy area. Centrally located in a nice area with a lot of restaurants and shops. Very close to main tourist attractions. Highly recommended for a stay in Rome.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion..it would have been good to have a reminder a few days before arrival about the payments that needed to be made on arrival.

The apartment was perfect for our short-stay sightseeing trip. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions and we really liked the nearby restaurants and shops. The apartment itself felt spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed.
