Unfortunately, the pool and spa were not operational due to the time of year. We were hoping for more of a winery experience with history and a tour if the property. It is a nice place to stay but really just a room that could have been anywhere.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they went to a lot of effort to prepare breakfast for only us. We felt a bit guilty and would not have opted for breakfast if we knew this. Restaurant service was great.

No kettle, no tea or coffee. It would be a nice idea if they had a communal tea and coffee area in the lovely large front reception room. We sat here one evening and it was lovely.

The location is great. Away from the busy city and quiet as it is rural! The property is quaint with all the antique furniture and finishings. Large room and bathroom. Lovely view over the vineyard.

Hot tub was not hot or clean. No drinking water in the room after first day,. We were the 4 days. Breakfast was pricey

The view from our room was amazing, with a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant for dinner was superb.

Superb location in the heart of Tuscany, yet 30min away by car from the heart of Siena. Nice people running the place! Restaurant available inside of the structure with tasty typical dishes and great variety of wines.

Bed was like a board - too hard! Key/lock to the room took some getting used to - nice antiquated door but horrendous lock and how secure it really was not sure!

Very pleasant stay at Casa Lucia, host and everything was good except the beds, which were a little hard compared to our normal beds (But that might just be my preference :) ) (Amazing food btw)

Quaint country Inn. Just a 30 minute ride to Sienna. Loved the rural, quiet atmosphere. Great food & wine on location. Staff were helpful & friendly

The appartment wasn't that clean, especially the kitchen area. There werde dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the interior of the cupboards and drawers were also dirty. There were some used sponges, but their state didn't invite you to have a quick cleanup. I bought my own detergent and cloths and have spent some time to clean. Besides this, the outside furniture was falling apart and the nice view on Siena was hidden by bushes. Also the green layer in the corners of the swimmingpool and the sometimes milkywhite water of the jacuzzi wasn't inviting to take a nice swim. For the price i did expect a simple accomadation, which is perfectly fine, but that doesn't mean that hygienic standards can be simple.

It’s very nice ambiance, we stayed in June so we had hot water all the time, they even offer us to turn un hot tub so couldn’t say any bad thing, just it’s old traditional room.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. From the moment we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk, after waiting the restaurant's waiter came to check us in. In the room we found out that we were given used soaps. The bed was very uncomfortable, and every movement of my partner made me jump and woke me up at night. The highlight is that the hotel owner turns off the boiler, so there is no hot water to shower!! He only turns it on if you chase him in the hotel and ask him to turn it on for you! We were cold at night and wanted to take a warm blanket from the closet, the blanket was full of dust and hair. There are no facilities in the room, no kettle to boil water, and no Wi-Fi in the room! The worst hotel we have ever been to.

It’s my fault, I should have read first the lower rating reviews. Room was horrible. Bad was horrible. if you looked at the ceiling you could see the paint touch-ups. the shower with mold in the door. Vintage door room, light and noise came trought. We had to cover it. I spent 5 min outside the door trying to open it. bravo to Who took the pictures of rooms and facilites.. book work out breakfast, its not worth it.

The beautiful location, the views, the pool and the restaurant for dining. Wish we stayed longer! Super comfy bed - we had a double room and it was basic but the location made up for it. Do eat at the restaurant- fabulous food and the setting outside is wow with the views if the weather is good! We chose some chianti with dinner from the vineyard next door which was also delish. Good size pool and separate bathroom towels are also supplied .

The jacuzzi could use a better cleaning.

Everything was absolutely excellent. Would come back for sure, already recommended to friends. Very clean room, amazing views and sunset, great food at the restaurant.

Very hard beds! The two jacuzzi’s were simply not fresh to use (pool good though!) Limited breakfast (doesn’t leave you hungry, but not a culinary experience)

Location is simply perfect for all your day trips! Decent pool Great and friendly staff Good restaurant with wonderful view over the landscape
