Okay for an early airport stay. Staff were very attentive and quite happy to accommodate. Great Self check in as per detailed instructions thanks Giulio. Location was very central, apartment was very clean and tidy. It was served amazing coffee for breakfast which had a nice selection of things. I highly recommend this.

We wanted to stay close to the airport as catching a train To the port. This was ok, location would be poor if wanting to be in Rome. It didn’t bother us as it was 15mins to Rome Termini. Okay for an early airport stay. Staff were very attentive and quite happy to accommodate, friendly.

Giulio, was so friendly and very helpful. Informing us the best transport to visit Roma. Giulio also arranged our taxi for 6.00am in the morning, who arrived on time. Thank you 👍

Lovely breakfast served from 7.30am Secure room within the apartment and very close to supermarket and cafes etc. Great Pizza and Gelato at the end of the street. 5 minute walk to the Train Station where you can pick up an airport shuttle for a 10 minute trip to Ciampino Airport

Extremely clean. Fabulous breakfast. The most super host! I entered the room code incorrectly continuously but the owner came out within ten minutes at 11 pm at night. We would definitely return

Floors and areas of the bathroom could have been cleaner. Lots of mosquitoes when sitting outside on the terrace.

Comfortable with outdoor space and AC. Walking distance from/to Ciampino train station. 5min taxi ride (€26 @ 4am), or bus transfer from the train station depending on flight time.

We only had a few hours over night there, due to an early flight but the host arranged a taxi for us and made sure we got in late at night ok. The room was lovely and clean and the room had extras. We wish we could have stayed longer at this accommodation. Many thanks 😊

It is in very good proximity to public transport shopping train station and busses to the airport but the staff arranged a taxi for us to the airport and it cost €20 and took about 10 min

Sound proofing not great in the rooms but this didn't worry us for a one night stop over.

Good room size, everything super clean, tea & coffee in the room too. Breakfast was lovely, host was superb.

Guilio was very attentive and caring. We got our room two hours earlier than checkin because we arrived in the morning. The location is great, 10 minutes by bus from the airport, 5 minutes walk is the train station where you can get a train to Roma Termini in 15-20 minutes (just make sure to check departure times). The bathroom had everything you needed, the air conditioning worked. It is possible to have breakfast, but we didn't have it due to early departure, so I can't rate.

The auto lock system where you have to log in to an app and retreive a code to your main entrance and room itself was a bit cumbersome. If you logged on correctly you could open the door directly from your phone without having to use a code. I did manage ok as im quite tech minded but i feel anybody from the older community would struggle to use this system. Our biggest issue was the breakfast. The breakfast room was on the same landing so no problem there but when we went for breakfast at 7.30 am the door was open but in darkness so ok switched on the lights. There was a desk and PC etc and 1 small table. We did'nt know what we was supossed to do, do we wait until somebody arrived or what. So we waited for 10 mins just sat there and in the end started to search the kitchen. We found the fridge which did have milk and various food like cheese and ham etc but no fresh bread anywhere. Again not really knowing if we were allowed to just help ourselves etc but we did in the end. So we worked out how to use the coffee machine and the egg thing that made hard boiled eggs so had a couple of eggs and we then found what looked like a cake under a plastic cover and had a slice of cake each and my wife had some cerial that she had found. We did expect someone to be there as it was sold as breakfast inclued, so again we expected some fresh bread, rolls or croissants etc. We did not have any of the cheese or hams from the fridge as there was no bread or anything to have with it. So very disapointed with the breakfast situation which otherwise spoilt a great stay in a loverly room. If the breakfast room is unstaffed you should be made aware of this and should be left with fresh bread/ croissents etc. The pictures show the little courtyard and a large breakfast room but the doors to the courtyard where locked and the room was tiny with only 1 table nothing like the pictures which also show the table with various pasties and bread etc it was nothing like this.

Our room was surprisingly spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel is located close to the bus station, with great connections to the airport. However, it's worth noting that if you have an early flight, getting to the airport might be a bit more challenging. Overall, a convenient place to stay with plenty of space and good transport options.
