The location was perfect, just near the lake. I really liked the owner—very friendly and happy to accommodate any special requests. The place was very clean and comfortable, with all the essentials I needed, including air conditioning. I also liked the concept of a private bathroom located outside the room. The morning espresso was an unexpected but delightful bonus. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again!

The breakfast, that was included in the price was nothing special and the only thing I ate from it were the fruits. But it also included fruit yogurt, biscuits, and a packed croissant, as well as coffee of your choice.

we would have expect something different for breakfast than fruits yoghurt and some biscuits for 4 days. None of the doors (front door, room) closes smoothly, so even if you don't want to make a noise you will, because it's a bit difficult to close them. Since it's on the main road, it's noisy.

the host is very friendly, she lives there too. The apartment and the room has a modern look, room was comfortable, the (shared) bathroom clean. The heating was on -we needed it. The location is good.

Breakfast is fruit and some pre-packed snacks, for just 2 days it's ok, but we were expecting a little more. The acommodation is located on a main road, therefore the sound of the cars in the evening are a little disturbing.

The owner was very nice, check in was easy. The room's cleanliness was amazing. The lake is just behind the accommodation, so it's very close. Train stop is a 10-15 minutes long walk away.

Overall I loved this property. The property is located in a great area of the city. It’s near restaurants and shops as well as the bus station. The room was very clean as well. The room has a balcony that is perfect for sitting on as you drink your morning coffee. The host was also amazing. She woke us up with an authentic Italian breakfast that was just delicious! I could not recommend this place enough!!

The street has a heavy traffic even at night, so it's a bit hard to get asleep.

We had a lovely one night stay here. The location was good, waking distance to everything. The facilities were perfect, and breakfast was supplied in the morning. It was perfect for our needs. The host was wonderful, very helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay, lovely welcome, spotless clean, enjoyable to have a terrace leading out from our bedroom (very nice) . A fridge in the room was a bonus . Really close for us from the train station as we walked with backpacks, and unbelievably close to Como lake literally minute away from the beautiful lake.

The heating was on, and the room was getting quited hot. I like to have fresh air in the room but because the room was looking straight to busy road as soon as I open the window the noise from the trafic has been a strugle to sleep.

The location was perfect, the room was clean. Checked in quickly, coffee machine in the main area had been lovely.
