There was a heavy storm and the rain leaked through the doors, however this didn’t affect our stay at all.

Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. An excellent location right in the centre of Como. There were some live events happening outside that involved loud music on the weekend, but if you don’t mind this then it finished both nights at 11pm. This was a pleasant find and I would definitely book here again.

The property states that it is soundproof, however, the noises from outside throughout the night and the movement of furniture from neighbours is very loud when laying in the bed. A few more things could be provided such as essentials, bin bag liners, toilet paper, and some other necessities. The room is also very dark, so some more lighting would be good.

The property was gorgeous inside, lovely interior, incredibly comfortable bed and overall very nice. It is in the centre of como, so access to local restaurants, supermarkets etc are only a few hundred yards away. The host was exceptionally polite and made us feel very accommodated at all times.

Everything was perfect for us

Host was nice and helpful. Very spacious apartment with everything that you need including washing machine, microwave, kettle, oven etc. We had an amazing stay at Casa King, everything was very clean and lovely organised. Located close to lake Como and in walking distance from ferry, restaurants, funicular, shops etc. This was the best accommodation we had in Italy and we would definitely return here.

The apartment is wonderful. Located in historical centre of Como city. In the middle of embankment. Near grocery, railway station Como Lago, railway station Como San Giovanni just 800 meters from the apartment. The apartment itself is equipped with everything necessary: dishwasher, microwave, kitchen stove, washing machine, toaster. Everything you need and even more is in the apartment. The apartment is very cozy and modern. Especially I was impressed by the bathroom with window оn the roof. The are two balconies with amazing view on Como lake in the flat. The owner of the apartment Nora was very polite and waited for us as long as necessary. Tnak you so much Nora. Staying in this apartment made my trip even more enjoyable.

Actually everything is beyond expectation except for a bit chilly during night time of which is not suitable to elderly. Higher temperature to 25 would be great.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Como. The location was perfect—nestled in the center of Como, just a short walk to the lakefront and conveniently close to charming cafes, shops, and train station, making it easy to explore both the town and surrounding areas. The apartment itself was modern and spotlessly clean, with every amenity we could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great for preparing our own meals when we didn’t feel like dining out. Our host was responsive, friendly and check-in and check-out were seamless. Air conditioning is build on the floor and it gets wet all the time and slippery even adjust to 25 degrees.

They’ve had under floor heating/cooling installed so there was a lot of water on the floor at times which when mixed with tiling is pretty slippery! Not the owners fault but does need addressing I think.
