- Views of the house is absolutely breathtaking! 11/10 - Angela has been more than helpful, she’s really warm and hospitable, communication was a breeze and it was incredibly kind of her to pick us up from the bus stop with our luggages - Superb location, away from the crowds but a short walk to Bellagio center - Kitchen is well equipped, every morning we enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony - A/C is a big plus - In our case, the downstairs guests were respectful and quiet, so we didn’t have any noise issues

Absolutely beautiful villa. We had the upper floor and the view from the balcony was unforgettable. I was expecting a lot before travelling, but CK far exceeded those expectations. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We have just returned from Casa Ketty. The property is modern and very well appointed. Angela, the host went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The property is a 10 minute walk from the main hub of Bellagio but the views and tranquility are absolutely breathtaking. Please book - you will not be disappointed!! X

The location of Casa Ketty is excellent. It’s walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Bellagio. And while we stayed there it was relaxing to sit outside, in the shade, and take in the tremendous views of Lake Como. Just wonderful!

Everything! We hired both apartments for 1 week for a family do - Stunning views with outside seating, really comfortable and well appointed interior (the photos don't do it justice) - perfect location for walking into Bellagio (10 mins), a bakery/pizza place (5 mins) and supermarket (15 mins). Great beds, showers, kitchen, lounge etc. Angela was really helpful and well organised - thankyou!

Cleanliness meets expectations but could use some more love. I would assume there is a cleaning company who services the property regularly but it could use a deep clean to get crumbs under counters / sinks and some standard shower mildew which has accumulated.

Overall exceptional experience. This is a two level property with each floor serving as a self contained apartment. We were on the second level and had our own kitchen, living room, dining area, balcony, bathroom and two bedrooms. The property has a shared garage, green space and laundry facilities. Convenient location away from the daily flood of tourist but still only a roughly 12 min walk to the shops and restaurants in town Bellagio. Expect to take a lot of steps on cobblestone paths to get to town. There are breathtaking views from the property and the overall stay was delightful. Angela served as our contact throughout the stay and she was an absolute pleasure to interact with. She was warm and insightful as well as quick to respond to any questions or requests.

We loved everything. Of course, if you are older (just a warning), where the property is located, you will need to climb steep stairs, to get into the main area of Bellagio.

Casa Ketty, exceeded expectations from the check-in experience where the host picked us up, through to settling in, and feeling like it was home away from home. The views are spectacular, and the area is peaceful.

Would have liked bigger beds in the second bedroom but only as we were traveling as two adult women without children.

Casa Ketty is an UNBELIEVABLE stay. If you have the option to book it, you will not regret it. It has the most beautiful views we saw in Italy…so much private, outdoor space, amazing and kitchen with any amenity. We loved Angela, who was kind enough to meet us upon arrival and drop us off at the ferry on our way out. There were recommendations for restaurants, markets, boat tours, etc. It really does not get better than this.

There really is nothing.

The views from the property are absolutely stunning, the photos do not do it justice. The location from the town is great and the ambiance with the mountains in the background and view of lake make this a tranquil experience but you can walk into town for restaurants and there is a great one a few metres from property. The build, furnishings and fittings are top quality and Angela the host is lovely. We decided not to hire a car for this trip and Angela was kind enough to pick us apart with cases and take us back to ferry which was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this property. We all had such a great time.

Awesome view! Modern interior with plenty of storage for clothes. Laundry facilities were excellent! Easy access to the town. We were on the top floor which has a beautiful terrace and the best views!

The view! Outstanding view of lake and surrounding mountains. The location is close to main village but you will work for it over the hill. Close to supermarket - will have to work for it again! The bedrooms kitchen and bathroom are all modern and very well appointed. We had the ground floor with a fantastic patio with lovely tables and couches to soak in that great view! Have I mentioned this enough ! Angela our host was brilliant she picked us up and dropped us off, was easily to contact for any issues and gave us advice of where to eat etc Casa Ketty has been a highlight in our overseas trip Great memories!
