The surroundings are nothing special, but for an overnight stay during a trip it was absolutely fine.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The host was extremely kind and prepared a wonderful breakfast, even accommodating our request for lactose-free and dairy-free options. Parking in the courtyard was convenient, and the accommodation felt authentic and cozy.

Everything! Irene is a fantastic host. The house is lovely, comfortable (warm) The Breakfast is great. The dog Pimper is a joy & greets you when you comeback after the day out. The room is excellent with fridge, Beer in the fridge & fresh water bottles supplied daily. Room serviced everyday. Sofa in the room. Supermarket 5 mins walk away. Quiet Neighbourhood. Lerino Train Station is 25 mins walk away (frequent direct services to Venice, Verona, Vicenca) Bus stop to Vicenza 2 min walk away. I will definitely stay here again on my return to the Veneto region. Thankyou.

The lady that owns the house is very nice and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is complete with coffee, tea, juice, toast, butter, jams and cakes. It has everything that you need and for a very good price!

The whole house is created with a lot of details and love. Beds were very comfortable for sleeping and breakfast was delicious. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. We shared a bathroom with one more room and it was ok. And last but not least, the hous owners were very friendly...and the dog- Pimpa will always welcome you on your arrival :)

The worst customer service I’ve received after almost 6 months walking across Europe. Me and my friend thought about leaving because we were so uncomfortable with the treatment we received. The host blamed it on language issue, but she yelled at us “non e un ostello” and that’s fully in Italian. She didn’t like that I had a stroller which I offered to leave outside, but I’m walking for a non profit and not a single other place disrespected me because of my unusual luggage. What if I had a baby? Disappointing.

When we arrived, her dog was barking very loudly. We have three very large dogs ourselves but are not used to them barking unless we are in danger. As a result, my family was a little nervous but the first thing the host said was 'the dog is my daughter and she is living here'. We did not expect her to keep the dog outside but it would have been better if she tried to calm her dog down. Also when I was trying to park my car, my wife said to be careful as the dog was running around. When I asked Irene to keep the dog to one side, she replied that the dog is her daughter. We do not mind if there are pets but it would be better if the listing stated that there is a dog at the property Generally we found the lady to be a little odd. For example, we were planning to visit Verona and asked for advice. Her english was good and so I am sure that she understood but she refused to give any advice or to say that she was unfamiliar with Verona. Before going to bed, she asked us what time we wanted breakfast. We asked to eat at 9am and she told us that the very latest we could sit down was 8.30am. I then checked the red book in the room which stated that breakfast could be served until 10am. We then asked a couple that were also having breakfast and they said they were not told a time. During breakfast, Irene spent time with the couple, asking what their plans were, exchanging stories etc, however she did not speak with us at all. In fact, when my wife asked for a second cup of coffee, she looked strangely at her and said we had already had some. The bathroom had mould in in - on the ceiling and in the corner by the toilet. There was also no privacy as there is a very thin lace curtain in front of the window and so at night when the light is on in the bathroom, you could clearly be seen showering by the house opposite and the balcony of the lounge. When leaving the porperty, Irene reminded us that this was a B&B and not a hotel.

The place was clean and cosy. Parking was very easy. Breakfast was tasty but if you want more than one cup of coffee, you have to ask.
