The breakfast was wonderful. The host was very hospitality. Very warm. He made his own bread orange juice,and jam. Before we arrive, he sent message to us to let him know what time we will be arriving so that he could reserve a parking lot for us when we arrived, they were waiting for us in front of the house and show us how to park. they told us everything about apartment carefully. They care everything for us. We felt very satisfied.

Breakfast was amazing and large. Cleaning everyday in the room. Parking was included and pre arranged. Close to exit city to leave for beaches. Really close to the Main Street but quiet. Pinuccio (Host) gave me and my brother really good recommendations regarding serene and relaxing beaches to visit to avoid the crowds. Pinuccio did not speak a word of English but did not matter one bit with the use of apps and hand gestures.

Everything was perfect.

We loved everything. Thanks a lot to Pinuccio that made our stay in Noto the best so far in our trip. He reserved a parking spot directly in front of the B&B, treated us as if we were close family in terms of kindness, gave us a great recommendation for dinner, and prepared a delicious breakfast the following day. Hope all our stays were like this. It's definitely a 10 out of 10.

Very clean and all the amenities available. Great location to the centre of town. Pinnuchio was a great host. He had a dinner reservation made and a friend to drive us to the beach all within minutes of arriving. Very good breakfast- too much good. Amazing almond milk! Highly recommend

Fabulous B'n'B super close walk to the main street with all the buzz in beautiful Noto. We found free parking right out front and a lovely kind host to welcome us. The bed was comfy, huge bathroom and it was perfectly clean. Breakfast was wonderful, sweet and savoury options, amazing home-made almond milk and marmalade, stuffed foccacia and crossiants. A wonderful stay in Noto!

Very small niggle - kitchen not very well stocked eg only one (not very clean) mug. Didn’t bother us since we ate out anyway.

Charming, generous host Pinuccio looked after us so well. He came and met us at the station with his car and drove us back to catch our train the following day. Quiet location a few minutes walk from the magnificent Baroque centre of Noto. Wonderful home made breakfast and spacious, comfortable room.

The large breakfast of mainly pre-made sandwiches. Would prefer to be able to choose less from a buffet-style breakfast with a variety of cereals, breads, fruits, juices, cold-cuts and cheeses. However Pinuccio adjusted the food somewhat after our request. There was a roof-top terrace but no chairs, tables or umbrellas. Smell of cigarette smoke occasionally wafted up the stairway.

Good location in quiet neighbourhood. Renovated spacious rooms. Plenty of hot shower water. Comfy bed. Owner Pinuccio picked us up at train station on arrival and dropped us at bus station at departure. Good for a couple staying one or two nights to see Noto’s sights.
