Central location with everything you need! Bus station nearby with direct access to the airport. Tons of great restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. Communication was top notch, would stay here again when visiting.

Shower felt like it could be a bit cleaner.

Could not ask for a better location - quiet enough at night but close walk to most things you’d want to see in Palermo. Hosts are wonderful, Ciacci was very easy to reach and quick to answer any questions. Apartment itself was fairly clean, well equipped, and felt bigger than expected and more than enough for a solo traveller.

It was centrally situated, and we had a big apartment! The owner of propriety even brought us croissants for breakfast!

Lovely apartment in an excellent central location. We were about 15min walk away max from everything. The flat was clean and comfortable and our host was very attentive and even brought us delicious fresh pastries one morning. Great communication throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend

The apartment is very neat, perfectly located, functional and very comfortable. We walked everywhere to all the landmarks, cafe's, restaurants, galleries, museums, cathedrals etc. and loved our stay in Palermo. Excellent communication with our hosts who made it clear to contact them with any requirements. Breakfast on the first morning was a real treat.

The location was perfect. The downtown is 2 minutes away by foot. We didn't have to drive by bus, which was great.

Steep steps up to the flat; good mobility is important.

Quiet, renovated old flat on second floor. Comfortable, air conditioned. Worked well for us for our week long stay. Convenient to key tourist sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It had all the necessary comforts. Close to one of the street markets as well. Far enough from the busy areas to feel secluded and yet safe.

Our host was very helpful and kind. He told us place to visit and gave us map. At the house there was a hanged bus timetable to airport, iron, hairdryer coffee maschine etc. The apartment was very clean (even for a person who has cleaning obsessions :)) for our trip we have never used a bus because all of the places that you should visit were nearby by walking.

There is no natural light because the single window is very small and the neighbouring building is very close.

Amazing apartment with wonderfully host. The apartment is 3 minutes walking from the historic part of Palermo. It offers everything you need - stocked kitchen, coffee machine, great bathroom, ample space to put your stuff.

Simona and her husband are very welcoming and wonderful hosts. The appartment is outstanding! Freshly renovated, exceptionally clean, modern and tasteful with a great attention to detail. In a nutstell: Very good bed (not too soft), very well equipped, very nice owner, very central, very clean. This was maybe the best apartment in which I stayed so far in Italy (and I only choose locations with at least 8+or mostly 9+reviews). In other apartments with kitchen you first have to find the power outlets to make the kettle work etc., but here everything worked from the beginning. The shower had enough space and was constructed in a way that you don´t flood the whole roome when using it and it had enough hooks for towels. There was cold water in the fridge for the first day, paper towels, enough toilet paper (which I realized is not given in all apartments in Italy!), something to dry clothes on the balcony, a nice breakfast surprise on 2 days (I stayed 10 days in total), information for the airport shuttle in the entrance and a host who was very responsive. Yes, the TV was above the head of the sofa (as someone wrote), but I didn´t go to Palermo to watch TV, so this was no criteria for me.

The apartment has unique style, newly renovated. Good shower, toilet and kitchen. Located in the old town, a lot of options for food and drinks, close to all main attractions. Simona and Ciacci are every attentive and welcoming. We love our stay and highly recommend. Best stay in Sicily during our entire trip.

The only small downside is that the walls are paper thin, so it was really easy to hear the neighbours who kept us up - but the hosts were helpful in sorting that out. Apart from that there’s nothing to fault!

Pictures don’t do it justice! It was absolutely pristine, very clean and we loved the design and decor of the place. You can tell a lot of thought went into each element. It’s so nice I want to design my place after it! It’s perfectly located as well - within walking distance to all the good spots. Our hosts were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!
