One small suggestion: please make sure the pillowcases and bed sheets are always freshly changed and spotless for each new guest.

The AC is great! Has both washer and dryer but dryer does not work well—ended up hanging our wash to dry. Window facing lake was broken with a note saying not to open. That was a bummer because we missed out on that prime view. Love the small touches, like laundry soap, paper towels, and shower body wash—super helpful. Location was excellent. Varenna is incredible!

It was all perfect.

Very central to the areas of Lake Como, the ferry dock and the town it self. The apartment is light and airy, very well equipped and spotless. A contemporary building. Our host, Alberta met us at the station and drove us to our Apartment. Even though it’s an easy walk. He was also very helpful with information on the area.

This ordinarily would not be very important except that one of our visit days we experienced extremely wet weather so we decided to just stay in and watch TV in the apartment, the gripe is that the TV was a bit small by modern standards. Though, had it not rained, we may have never turned the TV on. Also, the apartment is up one flight of stairs and does not have an elevator. This was not a problem for us but those intending to pack heavy luggage should be aware. Neither of these two comments impacted our extremely positive rating of this location!

Varenna is a small town so I don't think there would be a bad location, but this apartment was only steps away from the ferry landing and very close walk to the train station, both positive aspects for us as we arrived by train and had intended to make extensive use of the ferry to explore areas around the lake. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people and had incredible views of the lake on one side and highlands behind us. The lake side view was included a floor to ceiling window pretty much as depicted in the ad. The host met us at the apartment and reviewed the facilities with us, and very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. Location was brilliant - within walking distance to the train station, ferry & also to the main village with restaurants & shops. Alberto was very accommodating offering to collect us at the train station & was available if we needed anything. Overall it's the perfect accommodation with beautiful views & very clean also. Would absolutely recommend.

Stairs but that was fine. All the places in Italy have stairs.

Perfect for a couple and a baby. Nice and close to the ferry stop. Great to have a washing machine. Really such a lovely place. The views are incredible. My advice is to stay around Varenna because the boats are just way too busy to visit other towns like Bellagio.

Casa Ferry has beautiful views of the lake, and the location right by the ferry port and nearby the train station is very convenient. It’s also a short and scenic walk to the other side of Varenna, where there are more restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay, and getting a ride from the train station to the property when we arrived was a great bonus!

The bed was a little hard.

The view and location were better than we could have imagined! The apartment is in the perfect spot, close to the train, ferry and restaurants/shops. The hosts were also so friendly, they made sure we had a wonderful time!

Hard to get a reservation at few good local eateries. No pool or other swimming option. Ferries English instructions were barely legible.

Location next to ferry and short walk to village/train station. Fresh lake air, clean drinkable tap water(!), pretty views out of the windows, relatively peaceful and scenic place. Comes with kitchen and washer/dryer. Split system AC makes summer heat bearable.

I cant find anything wrong.

It is good size for a family of four to five people. Well equipt kitchen with dishwasher and there is also a washing machine. It has perfect location. Possible to park the car in private garage close by. And then the view over the lake is fantastic!!!
