The location was a bit off from the upper town of Bergamo, but it was close to the lower city centre.

The host was super nice, the restaurant recommendations were excellent and the communication was great. The room and bathroom were new, so everything was spotlessly clean. We would definitely come back.

Extra pillows would have been nice. Only had two flat pillows for two guests. Also, check out was a bit too early, had to wake up early and check out by 10am, should have been 11am or 12noon at least.

Bathroom and toilet were outside in the corridor adjacent to the apartment. Not a problem for us. as informed it was a separate bathroom before booking. No crockery only a few paper cups and wooden stirrers. A fridge and jug/kettle were a bonus. Did provide body wash etc. After staying three nights, the bin was never emptied. Take a bin bag.

Location is ideal to tour around Verona and transport accessibility is very close by for Lake Garda. Great experience, good restaurants great vibes nearby. Highly recommend

The private bathroom was across the hall, so you had to leave your room to use those facilities. It was inconvenient in the middle of the night to do this, and uncomfortable hoping you would not come across someone in the hall because you were half asleep. Definitely did not show this in the room photo descriptions.

The air conditioner was very nice because Verona was very hot.

The lighting of the room is a bit dim for me. There must be a good lighting in the room because the room is on the ground floor and the curtains must be drawn. The system used for the check-in, submission of documents and paaying of tax is not user-friendly.. There are better ones.

The location is superb and very easy to find. It is only a ten- minute walk to the city centre. There are no stairs to climb. The room is very clean, good beds and a superb shower. It is also very quiet.

The private bathroom is separated from the room, so to get to the toilet you have to go through the common hall, which is not very convenient in the evenings or at night when you can meet someone else in the hall. Finding the place was a little difficult, our house number was different from the booking address, but it was 2 minutes from the booking address. In any case, you can't find the room without writing a message to the owner. Since the rooms are in a regular house where people live, and the owner has converted one apartment into three rooms for rent, it can be very noisy, especially when people open the doors using app (there are no keys to the rooms). I would say it is a bit overpriced for a such conditions.

Though it was close to the station I was not allowed to leave my luggage till check in time. I didn’t need my room All I wanted was to leave one small bag. So I can’t recommend the place for rail travelers.

We didn’t like the bed much, it was a little too hard for our taste.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bus and train station are 3 min from the apartment, which was very very good for us because our main stay was in Verona and we traveled every day to another city. It’s a very quiet neighborhood.
