Location is everything!!! Very close (5 min walk) from Vaporetto station. Very clear instructions and very easy access to the property. Great communication with owner and manager. Size and facilities were great for 2 people. Lots of nice restaurants and attractions nearby.

The plates at the property were chipped on the edges. This is something that the owners could replaced without much expense. The bed room didnt have much space on the sides and you will have to walk sideways to not hit your leg against the radiator. The bin was slightly smelly. We contacted the caretaker regarding this. He was kind enough to respond immediately. But his explanation was not very convincing. But i cannot be sure. He said this could happen because of the canal water in Venice and the smell could creep in but will soon fade away. But i strongly feel that the bin or the cleaning clothes near the bin need replacing.

The property was neat and clean and the care takers/owner were responsive and helpful. Check in instructions were clear. The place was kept warm.

A bit further from San Marco square than I expected, but still fine to walk. An option for luggage storage after checkout time would have been helpful. The paid storage recommended in Castello shows as permanently closed. Recommendations of more affordable parking options would be useful.

Small kitchen space, but we knew that.

Good location, near the Biennale. There are places to have dinner nearby, the breakfast coffee is delicious in the nearby cafes. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the water bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to famous places.

Location is a bit away from the Venice train station. So either you walk 45+ mins or take a waterbus which also takes a little while at times. Bedroom can be just a little crampy.

Close to San Marco and in a relatively quieter area of Venice which can be nice depending on what you are looking for. Host and property manager are responsive and helpful. All the basic facilities are there in the apartment and the supermarket is nearby. Heating system in the apartment is pretty good.

We loved our stay at this cozy apartment! Tucked away on a quieter street, it was the perfect escape from the crowds while still being close to everything. Surrounded by charming cafes and local shops, the location couldn’t have been better. A lovely, peaceful home base for exploring the city!

80 Euro damage deposit refund credited after 2 months, ONLY after I asked. Mosquitos, tv was high over the fridge, air-conditioning in living room but not in bed room.

Awful smell, we had to vomite multiple times due to the smell! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! THE SMELL IS UMBARABLE! The automatic thermostat is set on 18 degrees which is way too cold for us in the autumn.

It’s was dirty , very small apartment for 3 people , very noisy, the walls was green from the humidity , there’s no phone at the shower! Very uncomfortable!
