The location is wonderful and close to the via degli dei. A hidden treasure. Comfortabel room and bathroom. Very good breakfast and hospitable staff. Great atmosphere.

Clean, comfortable , very friendly helpful staff . Excellent food and facilities for tired hikers on the Degli Dei. The private 3 bed room was lovely and had a great bathroom and shower.

Nothing really

From the outside it looks very basic, But the rooms were large and modern with fantastics bathrooms, almost like a five star hotel. We came during rain and our host immediatly turned the heat on and help us settle. We had dinner in the shared dining room which was nice also and even enjoyed the company of the local cat.

We liked everything! After a hard day walking they offered everything we needed. A warm welcome, warm room and all the facilities modern and super clean. We had a delicious dinner, breakfast and packed lunch. We were even able to dry our wet clothes! Thanks for everything!

A perfect stop for wanderers of the Via Degli Dei. The location is in a forest in the middle of nowhere you could say. There is nothing like a restaurant or a shop nearby, so you are dependent of the facilities and help of the stuff and they are totally nice and hearty and we enjoyed it a lot. The room looked freshly renovated, was comfortable and we could you use the heater too warm and dry us and our stuff on a bad weather day. Dinner was really good, breakfast was okay and there is a good chance you meet a lot of other wanderers in the B&B.

The accommodation is in the forest so there was a higher incidence of insects. And also it would be better to cover the bathroom windows (with a curtain or opaque film). Our room had an opaque film but the room of my parents didn't.

The breakfast was nice. The manager of the accommodation made us scrambled eggs and you could choose from many types of croissants, yoghurt, muesli and drinks (coffee, tea, several types of milk).

It’s right on the via degli dei, it’s in a beautiful place and the room was big and airy. The staff were lovely - friendly and so helpful. You can tell they’re nice people just from the way they look after their pets.

A little bit tricky to find by car. Little sound-proofing/insulation and a very echoey room meant that you can hear every (child screaming) sound in the property at night.

Very welcoming staff and the dinner served was excellent. Bathroom was excellent and beds were comfy. Great breakfast with everything from brioches to a full cooked-breakfast.

As a family of 5 with small kids, we were very comfortable here. After a long car ride, the kids were able to run around freely around the property and we all went on a short hike as well. The property is just 15 minutes from the highway. The road to get there is very curvy and narrow…but that adds to the adventure! The room was very chic and clean. Comfortable beds. The staff was very welcoming and flexible. The dinner menu is simple, but filling and tasty — also reasonably priced. Breakfast has a good number of options as well as a nice coffee machine with a variety of hot drinks.

No showering and hair drying after 9PM, not that we needed to that late, bus interesting. Although the room was very nice, but the walls and doors are thin and you're highly dependent on the mercy of your neighbors. Ours came in late and woke us up with all the going back and forth, talking etc. Squeaky entrance door didn't help as well. Interestingly all the small lights (near our beds) suddenly turned on at about midnight. Interesting touch.

Hotel is located in a very mysterious place. Seems like there should be walking trails, sadly we didn't have time to explore those. Room, bed and bedroom all three were XL size. There was also a two story bed, which was rated very highly by our eight-year-old. Breakfast - typical Italian, but in comparison with other places we stayed on our trip the breakfast here was good as it involved fresh cornettos.
