Lovely cosy place with great Tuscanian views from the balcony. Very generous breakfast spread served by the owners in their lovely garden. Even got some fresh figs from the tree outside! Would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to this small cosy village.

Review: Casa del Principe, Gambassi Terme – 10/10 We spent four wonderful nights at Casa del Principe, and we can only speak in superlatives about the experience! The classic Tuscan building is stunning, and the tastefully renovated rooms were spotless and well-kept. Enrico and his mother, Antonella, were fantastic hosts – kind, helpful, and always smiling. The breakfasts were simply perfect: abundant, made with local products, and a delightful mix of savory and sweet options. Our Hosts’ local knowledge was invaluable, their tips and tricks added so much to our trips. Whenever we needed help, they were there immediately. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking an authentic Tuscan experience! We’ll definitely be back!

The room we stayed in is in an old building but was very recently renovated so you get all the luxuries for a modern accommodation and yet have the feeling of being steeped in history. It is very tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. Another great aspect of Casa del Principe is the breakfast - served in the garden- and prepared by mamma. Feels more like visiting family than staying in a tourist apartment.

The only issue is that owner does not speak English.

Friendliness of owners. Cleanliness and dimension of the room, modern and equipped with all needed. Exceptional breakfast.

Please check the air conditioning, it was weak. Balconies let too much light come in in the morning.

Great accommodation, great surroundings, and of course great family. Our room was top notch clean, breakfast was delicious and great for the start of the day. Enrico was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really loved our stay here!

We loved our stay while walking the via Francigena. The breakfast was lovely and they did so much to ensure we were comfortable. Such a great setup. Rooms and bathroom were lovely with great views.

Aircon was a bit temperamental.

Beautiful views, kind owners, convenient parking, recent remodel with love, taste and style. Breakfast with delicious homemade food above all expectations. This was a highlight of our trip.
