Everything was perfect, so there's nothing to complain about. The only issue was that we had a 3-year-old child without a stroller, so trips to the city had to be done by car, which wasn't ideal. This wouldn't be a problem with older kids or if a stroller is brought along.

We stayed on the second floor and enjoyed an amazing view. The air was crystal clear and refreshing, accompanied by lovely bird sounds. The apartment was well-equipped, very clean, and the beds were fantastic. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking.

The property is lovely overlooking the lake. It has a wonderful view, parking and all amenities to make your stay comfortable. Host was very attentive and even help us to get settled when we arrived.

The living room was set up a bit sparsely. Only one sofa to accommodate 4 people, so not very comfortable for a family movie night. One of us had to sit on a kitchen dining chair. You do have to drive to the main town of Lenno, otherwise it is at least a 25 to 30 minute walk on very tight roads

Very clean and spacious property with large comfortable bedrooms, lovely modern bathroom and well appointed kitchen. Excellent if you're travelling as a family and want to cook a few meals rather than going out for every meal. Fantastic views. Great to have parking on site as well.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Del Net in Tremezzo, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the captivating views and the warm hospitality of our host, Mario, made it a truly memorable retreat. Casa Del Net is a hidden gem overlooking Lake Como, and the views from the apartment are nothing short of breathtaking. The pristine waters of the lake and the surrounding mountains create a serene backdrop, especially during sunrise and sunset. The brand new apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, with spacious rooms, comfortable funishings, and well-equipped kitchen made our stay feel like a home away from home. Every amenity possible for your stay is provided and if there is anything missing, you just have to message Mario and he will be ready and available to help. Mario, our host, played a pivotal role in making our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and a bottle of Prosecco, giving us a wealth of information about the local area. His recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and hidden gems ensured that we experienced the best of Tremezzo and its surroundings. Grazie mille, Mario, for making our stay unforgettable!

This isn’t bad but may be helpful for future guests. GPS wants to take you to a point slightly above the apartment, there’s a small road to the right that actually takes you down to the parking and entrance, which is easier to navigate in the daylight.

Everything here was new and really well designed. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a full kitchen, stocked with all the cookware, dishes and gadgets we could possibly need. The beds were comfy (memory foam I believe) and there were plenty of fresh linens; the shower was large and had great water pressure. Two things stood out in particular though. One, the view! There’s a nice little patio with a beautiful mountain and lake view to watch the sunrise and breathe in the fresh air! Two, Mario! He was gracious, friendly, and had a wealth of knowledge he freely shared! He made our short stay so much easier!

Excellent location with private parking, has all the utensils and everything works. Also, the host Mario who lives in the next house is really helpful and will help you plan out your day, telling you thee best parking spots, where to go and gives you confidence in what you can do in Como

The apartment is new, fully furnished, clean and very comfortable! You can enjoy the unique view of Lake Como! The host man Mario is very kind, friendly and helpful! He helped us with many advise and gave us many ideas what places to visit and how to enjoy our vacation! The location is also very good, there's a free parking right next to the apartment and the wifi is strong! Highly recommend!

Apartment was beautifully located on a mountain side with a wonderful view of the lake, even more beautiful than in the pictures. The apartment was very spacious and new, we were the second visitors. Mario was very helpful and made us feel very much at home. Area is breathtaking. So many towns to visit, with the ferry or by car. Highly recommended. We will definitely return!

Very nice and new appartment located up to the hill with very nice view of the lake, perfect for families, the host Mario is so welcoming and nice, we realy enjoyed staying there. We will come back!
