Great value for money. Balcony with a view to Bosa's stunning old town and fortress. There is a cosy spot with street food trucks right by the flat that came to life in the evening. There is also a row of restaurants and bars along the waterfront a few minutes' walk from the flat, and the famously colourful old town of Bosa itself is also only a short walk away on the other side of the river.

We had it as a last time accomodation, because we realized, that we forfot to book one night in advance on our trip. Everything was processed online and swiftly. We left son's tablet in the room and were informed about it immediately. We appreciate it. We had nice view to castle side. Bosa is a very nice town.

Booking .com quoted 8 euros for tourist tax, the property messaged confirmation a month before saying 12 euros but when we got there property said price for summer increases and it was 20 euros. Confusing and a bit disappointing but property experience made up for it but would prefer accurate quote from sources.

Excellent location, 5 mins from bridge to walk to the center of town . Super clean and beds comfy. Lovely touch of water and small shared kitchenette for tea and coffee etc. quiet location with good street parking. We will return with other friends as such a lovely place. Initial joining instructions confusing though but resolved.

Large and clean room with spacious bathroom on the third floor. Quiet neighborhood a few steps from both bridges over the river to the old town. Check-in online after sending passport photo and paying city tax. Wi-fi OK, tea, coffee capsules, fridge in room, microwave in hallway available. Communication without problems.

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the bed is super comfortable. Gabriel is a very professional host and he always responded right away to my messages. The room was exceptionally clean! The heater worked great and the wifi was fast. The shower was nice and good hot water. In winter in Bosa there are not many places open to eat, but it wasn't a problem because Al Gambero Rosso is a few meters away and it's wonderful!

Had to pay double tourist tax which just makes me very sad.

The view of this room is amazing. The room is very comfortable. Check in was easy and the area is calm and has plenty of parking space. Coffee and tea provided. Probably one of the few places where I have been that is exactly as described. I don't get the stair-drama though because my second floor apartment at home has way more stairs than this one and the stairs where wide and easy to manage

! Just a kindly remind there is no elevator, and the property is on the third floor, so those who have heavy luggage should be aware of this.

This guest house deserves 5 star. easy communication through WhatsApp. easy check in with keys. clean/ bright/good lightning. Clean sheets and big space. have everything you want. quiet and good view. Close walk to the supermarket. Fair price, I can only recommend!! 👏❣️💯‼️

There was no parking lot at the ground, only in front of the house in the street. Way out to the balcony is embarrassed by a very low porch roof. May be it's OK for Italians, but I'm 189 cm tall 🤔🫣

There was a very strong room perfume when we arrived and did not fade away until the next morning when we left.

The location is fantastic, right next to the pedestrian bridge to get to the city center of Bosa. There are loads of free parking spots next to the building. The room was big and clean. The host communicated through WhatsApp but did not meet him.

I could hear neighbors and activities from the common area, but this is not a dealbreaker - everyone was quiet when it mattered!

Gabriele was personable, helpful, and responded quickly to messages. The room was even more spacious than I expected, and impeccably clean. Fixtures and features throughout the room and guesthouse were new and worked well. Located close to supermarket and stores carrying other necessities, and right between both bridges leading to town. Would gladly stay here again.

Gabriel was the best communicator. He explained everything perfectly and was so accommodating. He even let me borrow a special towel of his for the beach!!! I loved the location and everything was spotless.

Just a few meters outside from the center. Easy to park there and within five minutes you are in the center. Nice host, he was very helpful. Everything was perfect for us.

I did find it quite noisy as you could hear the other guests using the microwave and I had to pull the fridge out as couldn’t sleep . Also was kept awake by mosquitos every night

The guest house is well maintained. My room was modern, well equipped & spotlessly clean. The shower functioned well & had constant hot water. The communal kitchen had a microwave & a coffee machine that made excellent coffee free of charge. There was good communication with the owner Gabriele who was friendly & helpful. The property is a short walk from the old town of Bosa, & about 15 min walk from the bus station from where it is easy to find.
