This is our second stay at Casa del Fauno and I would highly recommend it. The location is great and the rooms themselves are gorgeous. Really comfy beds, great bathrooms and stylish furnishings. Great communication with the host and the complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch. We will be back.

We drink lots of tea so perhaps a few mugs in the drawer for cups could have been nice but this is an incredibly minor point really.....

Everything was super easy from the moment the reservation was made. From the fridge with complimentary drinks to tea making facilities and nespresso machine, the comfy beds and great shower. Even the usb charging points at the bedside were very useful. A strong recommendation. Complimenti.

Everything was perfect. Lovely finishing touches, they really do think of everything you need to make a great trip. The greeting from host was top class! The location is great. The most comfortable bed and incredibly clean! Parking was so easy and close to the property.

A/C did not work very well. Also, this is a small place so they are only really available from 3-7 pm so check-in was a little complicated.

Fantastic luxury room with a sitting area and great shower. They also add water, drinks and snacks to the room. Great breakfast down the road with wonderful views. The location of the place is excellent right in the middle of the historic town.

One evening, there was no hot water in the bathroom, but it was fixed promptly the next morning, which we appreciated.

The four-night stay at Casa del Fauno with my husband exceeded all our expectations. The most impressive feature was the spacious and elegantly decorated room. The interior design theme was beautiful, and everything we needed was provided. The room felt like that of Italian nobility, and the bathroom was also spacious and lovely. The view from the room overlooking the small streets and the sky of Montepulciano was wonderful. In particular, the staff manager was very well-organized, friendly, and caring. We would love to stay here again next time.

We were led into a small vestibule with two doors - one room included a beautiful mural behind the comfy bed and the second room included a nicely decorated seating area with TV - the room was beautifully decorated and the bath was absolutely GORGEOUS. Such a beautiful property - I'd definitely recommend it!!!
