Extremely dusty. It was clean, not dirty or anything but dust everywhere, cob webs everywhere. Not dirty as such, bed sheets were clean etc. but just extremely dusty on every surface and under the bed and wardrobe was so so dusty

It would have been nice if each apartment had a little BBQ to use as the communal one, which is also next to a communal pizza oven, makes it challenging to use as if someone is using it for the evening, you don't feel like you can use it too especially as they are both located right next to one of the apartment's designated eating areas so tended to get used by that group every evening so it was hard to plan to use it. Therefore as there is only a set of hob top rings in the apartment, this makes self catering for a family quite limited and challenging so it would have been great to have been able to use the BBQ. Other than that though, it was perfect in every way.

The setting is idyllic with the most beautiful swimming pool overlooking the Tuscan hills. The apartment was clean, well equipped and rustic in the right way and we loved how every apartment has its own little gazebo to eat at. The town is perfectly located for visiting places like Lucca, San Gimignano and Volterra, all of which were stunning and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was really great having free laundry facilities to use too.

A beautiful setting, amazing views of the Tuscan countryside! Incredible infinity pool which was very necessary and refreshing in the heat. Lara and Gloria were so helpful! Lara suggested we visit the nearby hill town of Peccioli which is a beautiful little village just 15 mins away. Wonderful recommendation! Good location to get to Volterra, San Gimignano and the beaches. And, we had a great wine tasting experience at Castelvecchio!

Superb accomodation in the Tuscany heart. We could not ask for more. Friendly staff, great pool, spacious apartments and tasty breakfasts. Pizza dinner event was cool. We really enjoyed our 4-night family stay there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Casa d'era, surrounded by stunning scenery and peaceful nature. The location was perfect – a true slice of the Tuscan dream with rolling hills, olive trees, and vineyards all around. What made our stay truly special was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. A highlight was when they helped organize a little surprise for my husband's birthday, including a cake and candles – such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. They also gave us excellent recommendations for both local spots and day trips a bit further away. Thanks to their advice, we discovered some amazing places. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality and personal touches – it made our stay unforgettable. We would love to return one day!

We had an amazing experience here. The house was spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning provided by the property. The view of the Tuscan countryside was absolutely stunning. There were two playgrounds for the kids, and the pool was very clean and well maintained. One of the best things was being able to open the door and let the kids run around and play freely, without worrying about cars or traffic — the property is fully enclosed and safe for children. The washer and dryer were also a huge help during our stay, especially with little kids. The staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. We felt very well taken care of, and our little ones were treated with so much kindness. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing stay, from start to finish! We received the warmest welcome on arrival. The properly itself is very spacious and surrounded by the most beautiful scenery/views. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, they also provided a travel cot for us on request. The pool area is very relaxing, they have gorgeous seating areas and a lovely area for eating breakfast. Anything you need the staff are there and hate to help. It was our baby boys first birthday whilst we were there and they treated him to a birthday cake in the morning which was very touching. Thank you so much for our stay and we will definitely be returning in the future :)

We liked everything.

We liked the calmness of beautiful Tuscany around the premise. The facilities are very well maintained, everything is impeccably clean and neat. It has everything needed for a perfect holiday. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Every detail is in its place. The only problem was that we could not stay longer.

Wonderful setting in an amazing location! Views are stunning, the apartment is big and comfortable. We stayed just for one night, but you can easily stay for a while as it is a good base to explore Tuscany (less than 1 hour drive to Pisa, Firenze and all the wonderful wineries).
