The room design was a bit dark and there was no sunlight coming in at all during morning time.

The location was superb, a few minutes walk from all important locations.

Nothing, all was great

We had so nice stay at The Couper Umilta! The location couldn’t be better, just a 3-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and right in the main shopping district, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Despite that, the room was super quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after long days out. What impressed me most was the quality of everything in the room. From the stylish furniture to the details like the hairdryer and toiletries (all by Nuxe!), everything felt very high-end. A special mention to our host Martina, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. She even shared a list of recommended places to eat and drink, which made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable.

The staff go above and beyond for you. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves one for Maria alone. She is unbelievably helpful, she was an absolute diamond when I needed help. The hotel is extremely clean and in a great location. I would highly recommend

You’ll have to manage the luggage on the stairs, as there’s no elevator. But even so, a kind hotel guest helped us upon arrival, and on our way out, the receptionist gladly assisted us.

The hotel in an excellent location!! The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and smell great, there’s excellent soundproofing and you can hardly hear any street noise. Close to everything. simply wow!

I loved staying here during my trip. Amazing location in the city center, close to many bus lines and taxi stations, and walking distance to some of the main monuments. The rooms have a very nice design, my bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back on my next trip!

Fabulous stay right in the heart of Rome, very close to Trevi Fountain and walkable distance to the train station too. Excellent communication before we arrived and throughout our stay, including recommendations on where to eat. The room itself was one of the nicest we stayed in during our time in Italy, modern, spotlessly clean, air conditioning that worked and all amenities you would need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we return to Rome.

The refrigerator was present but not cold, so we could store salad but not leftovers and fresh milk didn’t stay fresh long. In April the city doesn’t allow use of the A/C so to stay cool we needed to open the windows which made it incredibly loud from city noise and police sirens - not really anything the hotel can improve, except to provide a room fan perhaps. So be advised, that is city-wide.

The location, once we found it, was good. The room is small but manageable. The bathroom was good with a big shower. The staff is very nice.

We had a great stay here. The location is ideal. The Trevi Fountain is a two minute walk away and the Colosseum was a 20 minute walk. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptional. They were easily contactable through WhatsApp and gave us recommendations of food. They facilitated our late night check in and also organised a private transfer for us on our return to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no safe, no table or chair in the room- space is very limited - cleanliness especially in the halls is not the best- stained carpet does not look very nice! This is not a hotel- more serviced suites.

The rooms are very quiet, despite the hotel being just a few steps away from Via del Corso. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bath products of high quality. Bathroom small but functional- good coffee and tea and replenished water daily
