There was no access to fresh air—the only window was in the bedroom, and the balcony door couldn’t be opened because it didn’t have a key.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Great Location close to the center and the train station (walking distance). At the same time a safe and lively neighbourhood with locals. Nice room with private bathroom. Nicely decorated room with a traditional touch. Part of a larger apartment however as expected we did not share anything with other guests. Quiet building. Friendly staff available to assist us in everything even though they managed the appartment from another place at least during our stay. Basic appliances to have breakfast in house available and a large supermarket located in the next block. Perfect if you need to have more privacy and search for a quiet comfortable stay at a logical price.

The room was not clean. We had to clean the dirty under the bed, and some things were with dust.

The owner was gentle and kept attention to details. The location is good.

In your room, there is not a direct balcony to outside. If you are a smoker, you should leave the house for smoking. But as it is on the ground floor, it is not a big deal.

The location is near to center. 10 mins walking to city center. The neighborhood was quiet and good. Near you can find a super market and restaurants. Home owner is a friendly and nice lady, helps you with anything. The room was clean and tidy. You can find everything that you need in the house.

Loved the quirky feel of the apartment . Comfortable room and bed. As we love walking it was in a perfect position. Away from the tourist area with great shops and bars. The service and communication was amazing and nothing was a problem.

I rented two rooms, but only one was prepared when I arrived. The second room didn’t have any sheets, and I had to use an old, smelly one. They promised to send someone the next day, but the person just dropped off sheets; the room was still dusty and not properly cleaned. One of the sheets was moldy. Despite this, the only compensation offered was a 16-euro deduction for tourist tax, which wasn’t clearly explained. Given the poor service and lack of proper compensation, I am extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.

Bathroom shower small and it took too long to get hot water! Very slippery bathroom floor even with floor mat! All kinds of signs in Italian, but not English! No instructions on how to operate heaters! It was freezing at night! Contact persons running the apt. We’re in Sardinian and could not be reached by phone!

The rooms were very small and quite dark. The space was uncomfortable for our family group - 2 adults and 2 late teenagers.

The location was reasonably convenient for the main historical sights in the city and the immediate neighborhood is quiet, but with a good supermarket and restaurants nearby. The little flat was clean and had the facilities we needed.
