Massimo and Luisa made us feel super welcome. Great hosts. We arrived really late, the stores were closed and we hadn´t eaten, but they had stocked the apartment with all we needed. The apartment´s interior is basic, no frills, but with everything you could ask for. The views are spectacular.

We really enjoyed our stay in this family apartment. The location is very handy - you have a beautiful view of Lago di Lugano and Lado Di Como is also just 15-20 minutes away. Luisa and Massimo are such great hosts. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Casa Bellavista is a wonderful place to stay, with stunning views, clean and comfortable rooms, and cheerful hospitality. The apartment is fully equipped and thoughtfully prepared for any needs. I had a great time and will definitely come back! Thank you for the lovely Easter chocolate gifts.

The only downside is that nothing is safely walkable from the property as it is located on a busy road that goes up and down the mountain.

It was a handy location for exploring the area with absolutely breathtaking views of Lake Lugano. Porlezza is a lovely local town with all the amenities you would need.

The apartment was very well equipped, super clean and has a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano. They even had a welcome basket prepared for us! This was one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced over many years of travel. The hosts, Massimo and Luisa, couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The apartment was equipped with everything you might need, including a nice "welcome" gift with a bottle of wine, pasta, cheese, milk and croissants. You could tell they had really looked at it from the guests's perspective. The location is great, overlooking the charming and peaceful village of Porlezza, with easy travel to both Lugano and Lake Como. With the beautiful view from the balcony, one hardly needs to leave the apartment. We highly recommend this property!

Everything is super, nothing to complain.

It is a great apartment near Lugano and Come lakes. The hosts (Massimo and Luisa) are friendly and hospitable. They have prepared a welcome basket with food and drinks. Luisa gave us helpful recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The apartment is clean, cosy and with well-equipped kitchen. There is an amazing view from terrace. This is an absolute gem of a place for seeing the Lugano/Como area by car. Luisa and Massimo are very friendly and hospitable hosts, making sure we had the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Their 'welcome' basket was a great touch too! The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped and the terrace views are breathtaking. Highly recommended!
