Water in shower could not stabilize on hot setting. Knew beforehand that walls were thin so not writing this to complain, but to emphasise that if one needs complete silence this may not be the place to stay at.

I missed a shower gel holder in the shower and a tower holder next to the shower. The switches for the lights are working a bit funcky.

Poor sound insulation – you can hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. Also, the boiler doesn’t provide enough hot water for everyone, so one day we had to shower with cold water.

Great location, close to many attractions and easy to reach by public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The water flow in the shower was a bit weak and and as I have curles and long thick hair it was a bit problematic, Moreover, if someone tries to shower in another room at the same time with you, you will get cold water. Other than that, the stay was great!

There is central heating and an AC and the central heating was turned on and couldn't be turned off making the room really hot. We had to sleep with the window open, otherwise it was 30 degrees in the room. The shower head was pretty flimsy and was falling apart every time you touched it. The surfaces themselves were clean but no one had bothered to clean the floor or inside the shower. A few times the water turned from hot to cold without warning. We had a couple of unpleasant encounters with other guests who apparently came in through the open front door wanting to check in and since no one was at the desk, they knocked on every door and opened without asking.

The location was great, everything is close by. There was a common area equipped with a shared kitchen, a coffee maker and coffee, a fridge to put your things in and a balcony. The room itself was spacious enough, sheets and towels were changed daily. Toiletries were included and the shower looked relatively new.

It was clean,safe and the girl in the reception was very kind and polite.There were some spaces like the kitchen and the balcony that were for all the guests but it was also clean.

I noticed a slight sewage smell in the room. Also, I found it a bit difficult to figure out how to enter the building at first. It would have been helpful to receive instructions via message the day before. (Though, to be fair, my lack of language skills and inability to call probably played a big role!)

I’m not very good at English or Italian, but thanks to the staff’s frequent communication, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The room was very clean, and the amenities were well-stocked.

Stayed for 2 days. My contact for the apartment was Irem. She was unbelievably helpful. My phone died on my trip so she had trouble reaching me for necessary documentation but handled it gracefully. When I informed her I wanted to do an unguided tour of the most beautiful 'less visited' churches in Rome she surprisingly was able to suggest an itinerary specifying Metro stops. I followed her advice and ended in an area of Rome that I had not visited in all my previous visits, Trastevere. Love the area and the restaurants there. Thanks, Irem.

Shower in our room was hot and cold and not the best quality.

Great location by Piazza Barberini, 5 minutes to the Spanish steps and 10 to Trevi Fountain , St Ignatius Church and the Pantheon. Extremely clean. Very welcoming staff who let us early check in when we’d arranged to leave baggage as the room was ready by 11.30 when we arrived

The walls were quite thin so all the sounds travelled quite freely in and out of the room. The water temperature roamed in the shower and the water pressure was not that good.

The hostess Irem was amazing and the location was also really convenient.
