The location was perfect, and the view from the room was exceptional. Riccardo is an amazing host, with top travel tips and excellent hospitality. The restaurant located below offers a charming vibe and a great selection of affordable food/locally crafted beers/wines. I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was that we found the air conditioning to be quite average but it definitely worked well enough for us to sleep comfortably.

Casa Aquadulza is a charming boutique accomodation. The host Riccardo was friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely Apertivo in the garden restaurant and appreciated the discount for hotel guests. The room had an amazing view of the lake and lots of character, being one of the oldest buildings in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fridge in the room. The location was excellent with ferries running frequently to other places around the lake including late night ferries to and from Bellagio. Tremezzo itself is charming and has a lovely park roughly 10mins walk from the hotel which is an excellent place to swim.

The location was absolutely perfect, beautiful view of the lake 2 second walk to cafes and restaurants but still very quiet at night. The restaurant bellow the rooms was incredible, staff was great, beds were comfortable, it’s right across the street from the where the bus from como drops you off and 3 minute walk from the ferry ports to take you all across the lake. It couldn’t have been in a better location and I can’t believe what an amazing find this place is!

There are not many amenities available, however the location and helpful staff more than countered this.

Quirky, charming and wonderfully located. Steps away from a ferry port to take you across to Bellagio. Villa Carlotta and its gardens are in the other direction. Wonderful restaurant attached for delicious evening meal. Cafe Glam next door for breakfast croissant and coffee. We stayed with our 3 year old who was very happy with her bunk bed!

Everything was great, the only thing I’d mention is that the bathroom odors tended to linger in the room as there wasn’t a door separating it from the bedroom. But it wasn’t a big issue; just opening the window for a bit solved it.

The views were absolutely spectacular, and the room’s charming vintage vibes made the experience unforgettable. Everything was simply perfect.

Very steep climb up to hotel and steep stairs with small railing to room. Husband has mobility issues and I didn't check properly, not the properties fault but people with mobility would struggle to gain access.. Stairs feel so much sturdier than they look.

Great easy location, beautiful views from room 1, very clean and comfortable base for our long weekend. Self check in as no reception but was really easy. Shuttered windows which we could leave open all night due to location, stunning view to go to sleep and wake up to. Bed was really comfortable, shower pressure great and bathroom was bigger than expected and really clean. If you want a more traditional feel to your stay and like to come and go I would definitely look to stay here over the hotels in the area.

This was a perfect place to stay. The room was lovely with a beautiful view of Lake Como. The area was great with a cafe one minute away with good food, drink and locals - we also had breakfast there. Villa Carlotta just a couple of minutes walk. Little alleyways to explore, beautiful foreshore to walk along, great ferry links. We also did the Lago di Greenway walk from here which was very nice. Our host Riccardo was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would like to have stayed longer. After visiting Lake Como and many different towns Tremezzo and Casa Aquadulsa would be my pick of places to stay.

Location could not have been better. The view was phenomenal. The communication on how to get to the place was very clear. Everything was clean and we had what we needed. It was situated perfectly to 2 ferry stops, restaurants, a precious cafe, and the legendary Grand Hotel Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta. The room itself was very rustic Italian truly perfect for a short stay was everything we needed.
