United Kingdom2 star hotel 4 star prices. Shower no bigger than 45cm, tight wasn't the word! The shower when used the floor got a free wash as shower curtain was waste of time. No TV, no coffee facilities available in rooms. Rooms basic and not what i would call welcoming. My quiet room was above the kitchen! Take ear plugs as noises from other rooms can be heard. Paid for meals etc on check out and didn't realise i had been billed twice for main course, yes my error, contacted hotel for confirmation and no reply, not good. Very warm in rooms an no fans available, due to kitchen fans couldn't leave shutters open to vent room. Dont expect complimentary bar snacks as only given to certain people......
Location and views for this hotel was amazing, be aware the road to this is testing. The hotel looks really nice and traditional from the outside, dining room an bar well laid out. Plenty of parking available, Hotel grounds clean an maintained. The staff there are really nice, 2 spoke English and unfortunately I dont speak Italian. They were very attentive during meals and at the bar. Bread sticks and fresh bread basket with evening meal. The evening meal was very nice, got to try foods i had never eaten before, traditional to the area. Prices reasonable enough and all food freshly cooked. The staff explained the menu best they could. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could think of is there for a breakfast. Beer was very good an decent price. Shutters on the windows did a great job.

Location is very nice, right between mountains and in a very quiet environment. Rooms are large and all is very clean, breakfast has much more than one needs and very many alternatives for Mediterranean and North European guests.

It was mentioned that there is a Continental Breakfast. It is a LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was nothing at all! Shame on you!!!!!!! I do NOOOOOOT recommend this place!!!!
