Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyCasa Allorello is not that close to any big place and it takes some effort to get to, This is no fault of the owners. It's the down side of having a cooler and more quiet place. If you are going trust the road signs put by Uwe and Jenny, not google maps.
Jenny and Uwe are great hosts and I felt welcome all the time. I travelled with my dog and the environment was entirely dog friendly, also because they have 2 dogs and 8 cats. Casa Allorello is rather high up compared to the rest of the area which means that the temperature at night can be 8 to 10 degrees less than at sea level. On days when the daytime temperature hits 42° it makes a huge difference. If you like to sleep with no noise it's the perfect place.

SwitzerlandJenny and Uwe were fabulous host. They made me feel like at home, treated me with wonderful meals and told me many interesting facts about the area. Their B&B is overlooking olive groves and offers spectacular views of the coast. It's a bit off the beaten tracks but in my opinion this even adds to the charm of the place. Highly recommended!

FranceI had an amazing stay at Casa Allorello with Uwe and Geny. They have been such kind and helpful hosts I really appreciated. They are also great cook as we shared some really cool dinners ! The place itself is really comfortable with few rooms to feel in a really peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The view on the olive trees and sea is simply stunning offering perfect beakfast spot and fire sunset. I can only recommend this place and hope to come back!
