Steps to property not for the faint hearted in the heat. Tip; take the road up, not the steps from the port and use porters for your luggage, we used the blue porters and they were wonderful

Maybe there something could be done to get rid of mosquitoes. I got a couple of bites.

The hotel is in a quiet surrounding with breathtaking view and great restaurants nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast is amazing; I had lots of fruit there among other things. I will definitely be back.

It was a little expensive, but I knew what i was paying and I got a great experience.

Location was amazing, Staff felt like speaking with family, accomodating and funny and very patient. The staff at the bar on the roof were an extra treat! great to talk to and service from all was amazing. The room itself was a treat, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was both delicious and the view was perfect!

Nothing to dislike about this property!

We loved everything about this property! The hotel was immaculate, the staff were very personable and accommodating, the area was convenient to everything. The stairs leading down to the beach are just across the street from the hotel, the hotel breakfast was delicious, the rooftop bar has amazing views and atmosphere! We can’t say enough about how wonderful our few days were in Positano!

Climbing steep 70 stairs is the only problem for elderly, but super otherwise.

It was perfection

This is definitely a well deserved 10. The room had a balcony with an amazing view of the sea. It was super quiet. Well decorated. Newly renovated. Very clean. The staff was so professional and kind. We felt very welcomed.

The terrace view from our bedroom was a little blocked by a service building, so a room on a higher floor would've been better. I was disappointed that the beautiful rooftop bar was closed when we were there, but that's understandable as it was low season.

It's a beautiful old hotel, well maintained and comfortable. It's a bit of a hike up from the road, but the gorgeous views from the breakfast room made it worthwhile. I liked being some distance removed from the overly touristy part of Positano, down by the beach. The breakfast was excellent, and the serving staff were very friendly and helpful.

The one and only thing that isn’t perfect about Casa Albertina is the 70 steps up to get there. However, without them, there wouldn’t be the beautiful view, so it’s worth it

The location was great and we had a perfect view of the sea and Positano from our terrace. Everyone who worked there was helpful, courteous, and kind. The hotel itself was charming and quaint. The daily breakfast was a real treat. In short, it was wonderful.

This was the perfect location to stay in Positano. The views were breathtaking and so beautiful. Breakfast was really good. Lorenzo and his staff are so nice! They do a great job taking care of all their guests & are very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff! Amazing views! Beautiful rooftop bar that can't be beat. The breakfast was delicious and the views were amazing. We felt so spoiled while we were there - such a treat!
