Overall the host was excellent and on arrival gave us a choice of rooms. Chose the one with the terrace and we were not disappointed. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Slight note for improvement - a small fridge to keep water cold in would have made a difference. However "you get what it says on the tin". VERY CLEAN TOO.

The room was overall great, but the living room so as the bathroom was over proportionally huge. Which we didn’t mind at all. The bed was comfortable, but for those who like a really soft mattress it wasn’t that.

The view and the location were perfect with a welcoming host. We were given exactly what we had been expecting so we were very glad with the room overall. There is a great restaurant right under it, that is very popular, but it needs a reservation in great advance. There was a coffee and tea station , placed in front of our door, jo breakfast, but there are some exceptional cafes in town. The host was very kind, helpful and very informative.

Street noise was hard to ignore

Great Location, very spacious rooms. The host was great and accommodating. We got there early and allowed us to leave our bags and allowed us to check in our room early. Coffee and water available. Location is a short walk to the main part of town with shops and restaurant. And right across from the ferry’s that take you around lake como.

Decor was lacking. Like a college dorm room. Air conditioning didn’t work and had to call someone to fix it. TV remote didn’t work

The road outside seems to be the through route for all traffic coming down the side of Lake Como heading south to Milan. It was very busy and noisy a lot of the time. It’s not that this can easily be changed but just for people be aware in case they are sensitive to noise.

Lovely location on the lakeside. The restaurant was great! Rooms spacious, comfortable with air con. The pier for lake trips was right over the road. Special mention for the manager Oreste who made us feel at home with his typical Italian friendliness!

Brilliant location, charmly host, free water, tea and coffee. Family restaurant is located on the ground floor and it's worth recommending.

Beds were two singles together to make a double

Wonderful stay, the host was extremely welcoming and friendly and made the check in process smooth. The room was large, extremely clean and wonderful lake and mountain view. When the temperature dropped in the room the staff were quick to increase heating, I cannot fault the service.

The room was extremely cold, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. We woke up at night because of the low temperature, which was a major issue for us. But the owner apologized, made a refund, and assured me it would not happen again.

The location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. Considering the below-mentioned circumstances during the stay, the owner kindly made a refund.

Perfect location, across the road from the ferry and a few mins walk to the station. Ideal base for exploring the lake and not too far from Bergamo airport. Host was great, very attentive. Rooms were big, well equipped and very clean.

Road noise was a shame but the road runs next to the the lake so to be so close requires it.

Our room was fantastic - very spacious with views over the lake and our own balcony. The bathroom worked well and the on-site restaurant was exceptional. Our host, Oreste was so kind and upgraded us without us even asking.

My only complaint is that all the doors squeak (make a noise when opened or closed). Everything else was perfect and this is just a friendly remark to the staff

Location is perfect just in front of the harbor, very clean, very comfortable room and very very helpful staff. We got advises about tоuristic places, about the transport and the person who met us was very open to help and advise. I thank you to him and we (me and my wife) are happy with the choice of hotel
