Luca is a very trustworthy host. Upon check-in, he not only explained everything related to the house, he also gave a very knowledgeable introduction to major attractions within walking distance. This knowledge proved to be very helpful, and saved us tons of time.

The descriptions mentions a patio. This was a communal patio leading to the stairways for the whole block not a patio connected to the apartment itself. However, it was very quiet and peaceful.

The location is excellent. You can see the Colosseum as soon as you step out of the door. Luca the host/owner met us on arrival and explained everything to us. He even provided a map and highlighted the main places to visit and explained the underground system. A very nice spacious apartment. There is a small shop located right by the apartment and a larger supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. As well plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Nothing at all to complain about. Another comfy seat in lounge area would be nice but not essential.

It was very comfortable and we were supplied with the necessary toiletries etc for our stay - which was really appreciated as we did not receive our luggage until 24 hours later than arrival. The property was located about 5 mins walk from Colosseum at end of our road and there were lots of local restaurants close to property and all well priced. It was also a 10 mins walk to metro which we took to Vatican City. Luca met us at property and wS so nice, friendly and very accommodating, exactly what we needed. We will definitely come back to this property.

When we arrived the apartment was sprayed heavily with air freshener. We wish they did not do that as some of us were allergic to the scent.

Luca waited for us and explained everything in details. He helped us to arranged transportation to the airport. The apartment is cleaned and the rooms are big and comfortable.

The apartment is in a very good location, and the condition of the apartment was very good. Our host Luca waited for us and welcomed us and gave detailed info on the apartment and the surrounding area. The checking and checkout process was simple. Very good sized bedrooms, the living room was little small but didn't made any difference to our experience.

The apartment is fantastic – the kitchen area is perfect for hanging out and chatting, and when it’s time to wind down, the cozy bedrooms just down the hall offer peace and quiet. Once you're in bed, you won’t hear a thing from the living space – super convenient! It’s a little on the darker side, but well-lit with plenty of lamps to keep things bright. And the location? Absolutely 100/10! Lorenzo’s guide was full of pro tips on where to go, what to eat, and hidden gems beyond the usual spots – GRAZIE MILLE, Lorenzo! 🙌

Can’t say anything bad.

Luca (the host) was great - our flight was delayed and still check in was easy. Communication was great throughout - and very friendly. Finally, Luca allowed a last minute late checkout, which was a huge help to us. Apartment itself was clean, rooms were great and comfortable. Apartment had nice TV set up, kitchen area, as well as a washing machine - although we didn’t spend much time in the apartment. Location is top class - down the road from Colosseum, which has good public transport links (although we used Lime/taxi to most places).

Everything was perfect! Location was the best. You can explore main attractions of Rome simply by walking. Near by are a lot of traditional places to eat. Thank you, Lorenzo and Luca!

The living space probably needs another lounge but we used a tub chair from the bedroom so we were ok. I can't find much to fault it. Perhaps the shower was a little squishy but at least it had reliable hot water!

Luca was so lovely I had to resist the urge to hug him in gratitude! Fantastic location down the road from the Colosseum with great restaurants and everything you need in walking distance. We travelled with 2 teen sons and were grateful they each had their own bed. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus too. The kitchen and living area are small but functional - we made it work. It was pur home base for 10 nights and we were very happy and satisfied.

The "twin" beds in the second bedroom were very narrow. It is not what we are used to in the US. I got sick so I slept there one night and literally fell off. Probably ok for kids but I'd not recommend it for adults.

The location was perfect. Once inside the door there is a cute courtyard and then one flight up to your room. Being this close to the colleseum was so nice and seeing the colleseum at night is a totally different expereince. The little restaruants on the street give you a partial view of the colleseum at night without the outrageous view restaurant costs. This is all about the location. Luca was kind in letting us drop our bags ahead of schedule as we were going to a football game. Thanks Luca.

Cooking is a bit of a challenge...no cutting board, no lids for the pots, only a small frying pan. But my guess is most guests aren't cooking.

Location is perfect but still quiet in a courtyard. Makes the most of.a small space that's more than adequate for four people who are out and about in the city. Clean and comfortable and Luca is a brilliant host. Recommend, would stay again.

No AC in the living room.

Beautifully renovated apartment, very well equipped and sparkling clean. The apartment is very quite, only a few minutes walk from the colloseum. Good AC in the bedrooms, old but functioning elevator (need to climb a few steps but it was very useful for our luggage) WiFi signal was good. Bus stop nearby. Lorenzo came to meet and greet us.

Fabulous apartment in a superb location near the Colosseum with bars, restaurants all within close proximity. The host Lucca was lovely, even allowed a late check out at no extra charge. The apartment itself was very secure, very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Just a very short walk from the Coloseum and a heap of fabulous restaurants and bars. Our favourite restaurant in Rome was "La Pace Del Cervelo" (Peace of Mind) only a short walk from the apartment. The wood fired pizza was the best I've ever had, as was the "Cacio & Pepe" (pecorino cheese & pepper pasta). To top it off the staff were brilliant, the friendliest we've experience in Italy The apartment was vert clean and had a great shower. Thank you Lucca for a wonderful stay at Persia Collection.
