Casa adelina is ideally situated between sassis and the "new" town. It has everything you need plus a beautiful view ! We had a great stay !

Perfectly situated with wonderful views. Very tastefully decorated and simple breakfast was greatly appreciated by all. Paid parking was conveniently close and easy to get to.

Vittoria greeted us at the property upon our arrival, and explained how everything worked in the apartment. Additionally, she helped us book a walking tour. The apartment is very nice, in a beautiful location, with very comfy beds - we had the best sleep! Everything was great and we would stay again in Casa Adelina :)

Unfortunately, the kitchen lacked just a few items we would have liked - a tea towel, dishwasher powder and kitchen utensils such as a wooden spoon and a spatula/egg flipper.

The only thing we would have liked to improve would be the breakfast, which was limited to biscotti toasts, jam and juice boxes. Of course the apartment is so beautiful and near great cafes there are other options for breakfast but some fresh food would certainly have been appreciated.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and with spectacular views of Matera. Vittoria was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

Vittoria has created a wonderful place. Very comfortable furnished. Great location. Very good contact with the hostess. Amazing views from the window, which the photos do not do justice. It is best to see for yourself :)

Unfortunately the light did come in the morning only for the top bedroom but there was sleeping masks in the drawer so that was helpful.

The view is incredible from the balcony. The beds are very comfortable and the property is spacious. The host was always prompt with responding and will help with any questions. We also went to a restaurant /bar recommended by the owner, I highly recommend it too - Scipipi was the best! We had a fantastic stay and highly recommended this property! Also the location is fantastic, close to the information centre and all walking tours.

parking will always be a problem in this part of the world. there is a parking lot a few minutes away, very convenient, but the costs add up of course if you stay a bit longer!

very warm welcome by our host, and was pleasantly surprised by the location of the apartment. near the main access to the old town and piazzas, virtually perched on the cliff overlooking the sassis. large rooms, wonderful views and right down the alley from a charming little restaurant!

Fantastic, central location, with piazzas shops restaurants and parking on one side and overlooking historical sassi on other. Appt was charming, spotless, with all amenities including washing machine - was perfect for our group of 4 friends x 2 nights. Vitoria our host was exceptional…so helpful, with different coffee/teas/ juice/ snacks available in the appt and just a call away if we had a query. Couldn’t have bern better. Would highly recommend here.

Awesome location with astonishing view of the Sassi. Ms. Vittoria, the host, is an amazing person. She helped us at arrival with the parking and gave us a many suggestions for tours, nearby restaurants etc. Casa Adelina is our home in Matera.

We stayed 2 nights, a family of 4. Everything was perfect. Great location. Kids had fun learning Italian when talking to Alexa. She didn't listen to my husband well 😁. Views are unforgettable! Recommend to park in the nearby paid parking which is 200-300m away, just 3 minutes walk from the apartment.

Strategically positioned near sassi,the house is a little jewel which has all the facilities for an excellent vacation . The owner is a very nice and extremely kind person who waited for us and gave all the advice , that newcomers in Matera will need . Grazie di cuore , Vittoria !

A beautiful comfortable apartment in the center of all the activity of Sassi. However very quiet location, very nicely decorated and all amenities provided, washing machine, coffee, tea snacks and milk for coffee. As a traveler this was very welcomed. Comfortable bed and wonderful view of Sassi. Many great restaurants and shopping witching walking 100ft. The owner met us and was delightful.

The location is supreme being right in the centre and above the sassi. The view from the bedroom is amazing - the entire sassi can be seen. Loved the amenities in the apartment. The apartment is clean, modern, small but so well divided into subspaces. Really loved it. Close to paid parking. The owner met us and walked us over. Highly recommend .

The location was amazing, very walkable. Vittoria (the host) was fantastic! She waited for us to arrive (we were later than anticipated), helped with the parking, stocked the property with some basics and treats to get us started and provided a very warm welcome. And the view from the small balcony in the main bedroom was incredible! Vittoria offered a reco for the restaurant right beside us and our family enjoyed a lovely evening meal there. Thanks Vittoria for a lovely stay!

Amazing view on Matera from the main bedroom. A great location as your can visit the Saadi directly from the dwelling but also access all shops and grocery from the. Plaza.
