The parking is confusing on arrival and should be clearly explained ahead of arrival. The hotel does not serve any food after breakfast however there are many options near by. It would be good for the hotel to provide information of different activities you can book into while visiting Marsala. We found the hotel very quiet however this could have been down to staying mid week.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Marsala. Very clean and good value for money. We were upgraded to the king suite room which was very spacious. The drinks and apperitivo snacks were excellent and the lady working the bar was very friendly.

the bed was hard. I prefer one mattress and not two adjoined, the pillows were uncomfortable and need to be changed out.

Again, we have to say about the parking. They told us their was ample parking on the adjacent street- there was none! The girl at the desk insisted that there was ALWAYS parking available. SHe was not helpful but they afternoon desk manager was great. Then they said that when we got a place there, we had to move the car by midnight because of street cleaning. Parking in the plaza in front of the hotel was not supposed to happen, but two guest cars did. When I complained, I too got to park there, so stand your ground about parking!!

The breakfast was superb. Lots of fresh and varied food. Our room was really well appointed . They let us check in early which was nice.

The beds and the pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. We had a workman outside our window at 7am and he woke us up.

No complaints at all. But as we were new to Marsala, perhaps provide guests with some notes on where to go, good restaurants etc? We actually found some fantastic places to eat but perhaps we were lucky. Info on a tour of the Marsala wine cantinas would be good? Also nice beaches- lidos? And how to get there.

Calm, very beautiful, sympathetic to its roots as a convent, very relaxing. Lovely lounge bar area and garden. The entrance is a quiet courtyard with easy parking. It felt like a 4 star+ hotel. Good breakfast. Very nice, attentive staff. Over a fantastic hotel.

I liked everything about the hotel.

Breakfast was varied and beautifully presented. The breakfast staff were attentive and courteous. The room was simply furnished which was lovely and very big. The location was perfect, centrally placed in the old town. The bar area and garden were exquisite. The staff in the bar and at reception were friendly and happy to help us at all times. A beautiful hotel.

The electric sockets in our room were a very dark brown and although they matched the colour scheme of the room, it was almost impossible to find the holes where the pins of a plug go in!

The hotel is in a converted nunnery in the heart of Marsala; the conversion is the work of a perfectionist! The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel is in a good quiet location for all attractions and pedestrian zone. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. With their help you can park just outside the hotel at night if available. Breakfast was good and tasty. We enjoyed our time at the hotel.
