Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

the location is amazing, we parked the car and walked for 10 min. To park is a little mess but it was fine at the end, someone was indicated by the hotel but charged 180 euros to take us to the hotel, an absurd, but we didn t take it. The room is a little old and small but it was fine, the duche was old but ok.

This hotel is separated from the main train station by the grand canal! It is a walking distance from there if you arrive at Venice St Lucia train station. The hotel is also a walking distance to all attraction points, on the way to any of them there are many restaurants, shops, events areas and it is a great pleasure to explore the different parts of the city. The room is quite spacious, very clean and good enough to accomodate two persons with great comfort. The breakfast was good, with varieties and options that may meet different tastes and dietary requirements.

AustraliaI tried to have a drink in the rooftop bar but was unable to get a table and then went to the bar downstairs and was not able to get food or drink in either bars. So I was a bit disappointed. But I did enjoy a meal at a restaurant a few doors away.
Location - amazing on the grand canal opposite the train station, a very easy walk to the hotel. Room was upgraded to a balcony room and was dated, quaint but lovely. Breakfast was good.
