Venice is challenging in all weathers when carrying large suitcases. This hotel is a stone's throw away from both the bus and train station and we always choose this location.

The old tub in the bathroom was not the easiest to enter-exit when taking a shower.

Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant to talk with and very helpful.

The hotel was a great location to the train station (across the canal). Roof top restaurant was good with a view of the canal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was really nice.

I didn t like the restaurant inside, it was old, very small, it was not a pleasant place to have a breakfast or eat,don t have room service ... if they can refurbish the hotel will be nice

the location is amazing, we parked the car and walked for 10 min. To park is a little mess but it was fine at the end, someone was indicated by the hotel but charged 180 euros to take us to the hotel, an absurd, but we didn t take it. The room is a little old and small but it was fine, the duche was old but ok.

Location for water taxi to drop you off from the airport. Hotel reception were excellent and arranged our luggage to be transported to the station for us to save the difficulty in carrying our luggage. Excellent.

Maybe the decoration could be updated, as it looks a bit old-fashioned. The blankets are not very comfortable since they match that same style of decoration, and the air conditioning in summer does not feel strong enough for the heat.

Nothing to do with the hotel. Having to pay porters, just to get our bags over the bridge, but it would have been a struggle to get suitcases over by ourselves. Haggle over the price!

The location was perfect for us. We arrived by train with luggage. The hotel staff were very efficient, happy to help with questions, requests and information.

Shower area is quite tight and the bathtub makes it more challenging! the breakfast area is quite congested may be due to high occupancy at the time we stayed in the hotel. Service staff during breakfast were not very friendly!

This hotel is separated from the main train station by the grand canal! It is a walking distance from there if you arrive at Venice St Lucia train station. The hotel is also a walking distance to all attraction points, on the way to any of them there are many restaurants, shops, events areas and it is a great pleasure to explore the different parts of the city. The room is quite spacious, very clean and good enough to accomodate two persons with great comfort. The breakfast was good, with varieties and options that may meet different tastes and dietary requirements.

I tried to have a drink in the rooftop bar but was unable to get a table and then went to the bar downstairs and was not able to get food or drink in either bars. So I was a bit disappointed. But I did enjoy a meal at a restaurant a few doors away.

Location - amazing on the grand canal opposite the train station, a very easy walk to the hotel. Room was upgraded to a balcony room and was dated, quaint but lovely. Breakfast was good.

That the maids woke me up in the morning after my train didnt get in until after midnight!!!! If check out is at 11, don't knock on the door till after 11!!!!!!
