Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaFirst of all the pillows had a very bad smell, disgusting. I can’t imagine how many people sweated on them. Second of all, they said that is all inclusive but is not: they should change the description from all inclusive into full board because they offer you breakfast,lunch and dinner and u can chose from 2-3 types of food and drinks and if u are not fast enough, u will not find anything and they won’t refill.and if u want to drink something (even water or a coffee) u have to pay for it,while All Inclusive means you get everything included, drinks and food at all times. Last and not least, the air conditioner is not that strong , u don’t have a remote to control it , u have only a board on the wall that seems is not working very well;at least in my room was this situation. P.s. some of the reception girls should work on their behavior and tone

United KingdomThe food offering needs to be improved to keep guests happy. There’s never enough and a few times we had to eat elsewhere because the food had run out. Putting signs out to tell you what the food is too would be a good idea, and would think important for allergens, but I don’t know the regulations. Taking the all inclusive option somehow meant beer and wine was on tap at meals, but not soft drinks. It took 2 days to get the coke tap working which then was still unsuitable for diabetics as there was no sugar free option. We stuck with water but it was disappointing that alcohol was available alongside meals but nothing else.
Location was perfect, staff were helpful in the most part. Alberto is fantastic and always engaging with the kids and adults alike, what a gem he is.
