There was not too clean in the room, the dirt on the floor was unpleasant. There is no duvet covers, only sheets. It is impossible to regulate the air conditioner, so sometimes it was too cold in the room because of the automatic system, that’s unhealthy. There was no lock in the second toilet and the door handle keeps falling off. No kettle.

The best thing is the stuff who is always answered, helped and were nice. The groceries and fast food is near the property. A personal hair dryer was provided.

The location around the station isn't great. The town centre is about a km away and lovely, but the walk there, especially after dark feels a little dodge.

The property was really good value, very clean and well stocked. Make sure you see the old town! Self check in and out was very effective.

They ask you to follow their Instagram page in order to receive self-check-in instructions! This is something I strongly disliked. This is managed by a management company and you can tell from the communication and vibe. It's great if you want a smooth, private place to stay (like I did) - but maybe choose somewhere else if you want a chill hostel vibe!

Location is perfect if you're using Ancona as a hub to get to other places - the train station and connecting buses are very nearby! There are also plenty of places to grab a quick meal in the vicinity. Self check-in was fine, the WiFi is good too. The room I had was spacious and comfy - plenty of sockets, AC, well-sized window, and spotlessly clean! The kitchen is also perfectly clean with a large fridge and spaces to cook (and a washing machine!) as well as an outdoor are to eat! There are gender-separated bathrooms that are large and clean too. Pierfrancesco who is managing the apartments is tremendously friendly and helpful!

I couldn't figure out how to stop the air conditioning in my room. Also, I wish the toilet near my room was larger.

I stayed one night. Be sure to call the property manager to get the instructions on how to collect your key. Good air conditioning. There are multiple toilets.

The free parking is tricky to find during the day. You Can leave the car at the supermarket parking but It is written that is only for customers. In the evening you can park nearby at the street for free. The centre is quite far. The room was small but sufficent.

Check in with some problem. Not clear if codes for keys were somewhere in the very long messages or if I should call. Then I got the wrong key and had to wait for person to arrive. Will be better next time. Lock for bathroom was not working properly, also easy to fix. So in general I recommend this place.

the ac unit is not under your control so you have to text the property manager every time u went it on or off, obviously sometimes he won’t answer so then you are stuck with being cold or hot till he sees it.

I would appreciate some hangers for dress (there were only clip hangers) Also the kitchen could be more equiped, there was just one little spoon, no wine opener etc. A/C operates for the whole apartement so you can not change it in your room (but this feature is available more in hotels)

They gave the information quite late about how to answer. Arriving there, the key box was empty. They gave me an answer after 5-10 min, but arriving quite late, it still wasn't a great experience. Having only one bathroom including shower and toilet meant for waiting a long time in the morning.
