Noisy fridge!

We were moved from our original booking to another property quite late in the day. This was handled politely, and the alternate property was Ok.

One shared reasonably equipt kitchen. (No problem for us as we rented both apartments). The large good sanitary facilities are not en suite. The collection of the town tax was a cash transaction with no receipt.

Walking distance to the centre. Large spacious rooms. The two combined apartments were perfect for 4 guests. The communication with management worked well. The street noise was quiet to average.

The air conditioning wasn´t working so well, but enough. For me personally, the mattress was too soft and not very comfortable.

Great locality, just few minutes to the city centre. The hostess communicated well, explained everything and was nice. We had private bathroom outside the room, but it was spacious and clean. Overall the stay was as expected.

We were early, so we dropped our luggage off, but the introduction to the accommodation was a bit rushed and unwelcoming. Didn't feel like we could ask questions or advice. I have no idea if there was wifi or what the password was. There was an aircon in the room but couldn't find the remote. The accommodation was noisy. Could hear other guests showering and talking in the middle of the night. So, we didn't get much sleep.

Big bedroom, quiet street close to the train station and town. There are plenty of lights in the bedroom. Coffee machine and some pastries to nibble on. Big private bathroom, which had a hairdryer and ample lighting.

As it was on ground floor, the shutters remained closed - definitely no view and a bit gloomy. Internet signal was weak. On departure I had to wait a while for staff to come and give me luggage - but i managed to catch my train!

Large room, plenty of space for clothes. Big comfortable bed. Nice spacious bathroom. It was good to have a kettle!

The blinds were a little difficult to get up.

Very friendly staff with clear and helpful communication. Communal kitchen area was much better stocked than we had expected (& we were very grateful for the added bonus of free espressos!). Very well located (easy walk into town centre and to the train station). Everything was clean: fresh towels and bedding provided; the kitchen area was kept tidy and clean. Air-con worked well. Overall great stay and great value for money!

The room was at ground level next to a fairly noisy street so impossible to open the windows. The aircon was very efficient but I like fresh air in the bedroom. A bit short on basics, one cup between two and the shower was missing one side

Simple but large room, very clean, convenient to train station and center (10 minute walk). There's a small, but equipped kitchen on the premises, with a Lavazza machine and pods. Nothing fancy, but comfortable but reasonably placed and an easy walk to everything.

Our host was not really helpful; first thing we were told is that we were late. Quickly showed us the flat and left. That was the last we heard or saw of them. We could not locate air-con remotes and when we finally did one of them was not functioning properly, we had to figure out how to do it ourselves. Communication was almost non-existent during our stay.

Apartment clean and tidy daily. Location was good, some 10-15mins walk from the cental square and the buzz. Coffee and snacks at the kitchen.
