Everything was great, just the sheets and towels even though clean had some stains on them, so that could be improved. Also the kitchenware wasn't that clean. 🙂

The blankets were not that clean and loud locks in the morning disturbed my sleep. I used my earplugs and it was ok afterwards.

The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy The room could do with a kettle and glass, not just a mug and cutlery. There is no kitchen anywhere, so you are forced to eat outside.

I had a bit of a trouble contacting the host and getting inside, and then the locks are a bit too loud to be used in the night.

The location beats everything, when you need to get to the airport in the morning, but the room was actually comfy, with an access to a big balcony (no view though) and one of the three shared bathrooms. Really liked that there were dishes and cutlery in the room in addition to a fridge.

I had to call, then wait for 20 mins for someone to arrive and open even if I had informed about the time of my arrival. The guy who attended me did just the minimum. He had no interest in making my stay nice and easy. I asked him about the possibility to leave my bag a couple of hours even for a fee to which he just answered ¨No, no.¨ I asked if he knew about a place that would do this service for me and he didn't know. Well, it's not his job but I am sure this is not the first time he had been asked this question. And yes, there exist many places where you can leave your luggage. I used one close to the train station. There was a heavy smell of tobacco in the corridor. I have noticed this comment in other reviews so this is probably a staff member or someone who is staying for longer.

A good size room, big bed, air con, nice shower and a terrace. Walking distance from the main train station which is the way from the airport. Different to other towns the quarter around the train station is considered as high area. Kudos to the cleaning man as he was very nice and polite. The room and the bathroom were impeccably clean.

I am somewhat sure that I was bitten while there. I was there only for one night, and the bites usually appear later. The owners should better check for bedbugs just in case, in this otherwise reasonable place.

The place looked clean, there were 3 bathroom - all adequate. The check-in wasn’t explained in advance, I used a guy in a newspaper stand across from the building door, as he called the host. Alternatively, the provided number should be in whatsup, and the host comes in 10-15 min. The room was of a good size and had a refrigerator. Wi-Fi worked well.

The check-in experience was not great. The host had minimal English skills and did not provide much information about the flat and its facilities. He only somewhat answered my questions. There was no information about the city tax payment method (cash or card). The host asked us to pay the city tax in cash, and when I said I didn't have cash, he seemed annoyed. We agreed that I would pay it the next day to his colleague. The following day around 10:00, his colleague came to ask for the payment. My wife was at the ATM withdrawing cash at that time. I explained the situation to him, but he also seemed upset. We had a small argument until my wife arrived, and we paid the city tax in cash. This made for a poor check-in and first-day experience. The flat had 6 rooms with 3 bathrooms (1 bathroom per 2 rooms). We had the worst bathroom, which was small and uncomfortable. We only had hot water for a shower on the arrival day, there was no hot water for the next 3 days. There was no kitchen in the flat, only a small fridge, a table, some plates, and cutlery in the room. I do not recommend staying for more than a couple of days because you have to wash dishes in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient.

I liked the location, price, and general comfort of the room. It was very close to Bari Central train station, with direct buses to and from Bari airport. The room was clean and had air conditioning and a shared balcony facing the train station.

Terrible communication with the facility staff! The facility is run by a group of Indians who do not respond to messages from Booking. We arrived and there was no information as to where the hostel was. I started reading opinions on the Internet. Someone wrote that you have to go to the restaurant, I did it. The waiter told me to go to the kiosk opposite the entrance to the building. The man at the kiosk asked for a surname and called someone, then told me to wait. HORRIBLE experience!

I booked a triple room with balcony. The room was clean and the shared bathroom was also clean. The room had a fridge, kettle, plates, cups and cutlery. The location of the facility is great for people who need accommodation between a train or bus trip.

Good location near to bus and train station. There was 2 clean shared bathrooms. Available - air conditioning, fridge, glasses, plates, cutlery, towels, wifi, TV. The window was situated on the main busy road, but it absorbed sound well.
