Apartment 9C was very clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen, good AC, lovely pool and an absolutely beautiful view from the balcony. Location was great - an easy walk to the centre of Torri Del Benaco. Communication excellent and super helpful.

Nothing atall, just worth bearing in mind you will need to bring essentials like tea and coffee, salt and pepper... but you are never too far from a lidl to stock up on essentials

Fantastic location, only a 15 minute walk into the lovely town centre with some really nice lakeside restaurants. Direct access to the lake from just across the road too. The terrace was much bigger than it appears in the pictures and the views are unbeatable, sunsets that we will never forget. Great to have a pool with amazing views, although it was pretty cold! The apartment was absolutely spotless and it was really handy to have both a washing machine and dishwasher. 2 tabs provided for the dishwasher, but bring your own washing powder. Bed was comfortable and both the heating and air conditioning worked really well. Very well kept grounds and the hosts even let us check in early. Parking right outside the front door too. An unforgettable stay with a view we will remember forever

The wifi didn’t work everywhere in the apartment.

Nice and clean apartment with a great view over the lake, though you had to stand up on the terass to see it. Very nice poolarea with also a beautiful view over the lake. Parking right outside the door, perfect. Easy self check in and a nice welcoming with a bootle of local wine.

The view and size of the property. It is also walking distance to Torri Del Benaco where there are hidden shops, bars, restaurants and a car ferry to the other side of the lake.

We were expecting great things given the other good reviews. Apartment feels outdated and not many essentials included (no kitchen paper, basic seasonings) and only two rolls of toilet paper in an apartment for 6. Feels like the apartment is designed for those who travel to lake Garda by car and will bring absolutely everything with them. WiFi didn’t work at all, after two days they dropped in a new router but was still unusable for calls & streaming. Hair dryer didn’t work & no washing machine tablets provided. Only one air conditioning remote controller for the 3 machines in the apartment. Second biggest bedroom didn’t have a mirror. Sound proofing is very poor and can hear furniture being moved upstairs & children crying from next door. Overall the place was disappointing and could have been a much nicer experience with a few extra small touches.

We certainly did not like the communication up to the stay, where we several times tried to correct the number of people/children. The day of arrival we had to Call to make them understand and make sure they understood we needed a cot and highchair for a baby. There was an extracost of 13euro Per day. They forgot the chair and would only deliver the next day. As a courtesy we had it for free ( but only after asking), which was nice. We also had problems with the washingmashine and could not get clothes out. They managed to get a tecnician the same night, which was also necessary, as a part of our group was leaving next morning. But nice and good service. So why the bad review and our advice to stay away? Because of rules: pool use only 9-13 and 15-19, inside the apartment strict rule on not watching TV, speak loud, hear music and total quiet fra basically 22-08. In the pool inflateble things was not allowed or jump from side and everybody had to be quiet and silent. As travelling with 3 kids age 0,3 and 7 it made us feel extremely unwelcome. Only good thing was that apparently everybody found the rules too much. Also: - only 1 Remote to 3 airconunits is quite inconvenient during the night. - you have to carry your garbage around 150meters to a public garbagebin (separated in 5-7 different bags). When having diapers that is rather … annoying. - 62 channels TV, 60 of them or so german 😳 would have been Nice with an Apple TV or similar instead.

Apartment itself and view over Lake was fine. Also the cleaning and garden /terrasse was good. It would have been in every Way a good stay if it has not been for the thousands of rules and somewhat narrowminded communication before and during stay.

Great location, beautiful views of the lake. A small apartment complex, well laid out so you don’t overlook anyone. It has a lovely pool with allocated loungers per apartment. There were never more than a few people at the pool. Lovely walk along the lake-front into the town centre where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pretty shops. Parking available directly outside the apartment. Great communication with the polite staff, one small problem quickly fixed. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space.
