Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. CanadaStairs, there's no elevators so be mindful when you're carrying heavy luggage because it is on the 3rd floor.
Hotel room was clean inside with decent air condition, went on very hot days so I was glad AC was good. Room was somewhat small but for the price is fairly good . Staff was excellent especially the Filipino lady server that works in breakfast time. Very friendly staff and gave us excellent service. Location was very near the main tourists site like the Doges Palace and Rialto Bridge. Main reason we book this was for the location and it did not disappoint. We were able to walk around and come back to rest then walk again on another site.

United StatesThere is no lift!!!! Remember this!!! not even a service lift for supplies and luggage. The wifi is terrible, it always cuts out. and although they say the staff are available 24/7 at the front desk, they sometimes leave and have a note on the desk saying you can just take the keys to the room, which is quite unsafe. The rooms and bathrooms themselves were quite tight but doable.

It’s in the heart of Venice near everything. It’s two minutes from rialto bridge. It has restaurants and mini markets, pharmacy in the street. The location was perfect. Friendly and kind staff.

AustriaWe stayed 3 days and no body cleaned neither the room nor the bathroom, they just collected the garbage. Anyway we kept the room tidy, but it would have been nice that at least they clean the bathroom.
The hotel is old but in good condition, in fact there was a problem with the pipe of the sink and they repaired it inmediately. We had noisy neighbours, in the late nigth I had to ask in the reception if they could do something about it, and they manage to solve the inconvenience. We were allowed to keep some medicament in their fridge. The staff was really friendly and very efficient. Thank you.

GermanyThere were a few minor ignorable issues and few other issues like with the hot water was immediately resolved. So basically nothing in Specific.
The staff was really nice and accommodating. Extremely friendly. Especially a Receptionist who had recently shifted from UK from Bengali decent, after our checkout we had to wait a couple of hours in the lobby and he made our short stay in the lobby extremely comfortable. He infact even managed to arrange a clean corner for me and wife to offer our Friday prayers. It was just 10 mins. But I was extremely impressed with his kind and Hospitable gesture.
