Make sure you have a car so you can explore the pretty old villages or the beaches nearby A beautiful continental breakfast every morning and a fantastic swimming pool! Can’t wait to go back

The shower could use some love, water pressure was not amazing and took a long time to get warm water. But that might just be a Tuscan thing

Thank you for the wonderful stay! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the comfortable room and excellent service throughout our entire stay, we felt very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide selection of fresh local foods. The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. The host Cristina is very kind and helpful. The room was charming and cosy at the same time and the place has a gorgeous landscape view. The breakfast was delicious (the cheesecake to die for), if you are vegan just tell her in advance and she'll have special plant base options for you. We went to the thermal spa next to it the next day and you can ask for a discount if you stay at Cristina's. I surely recommend this place and I'll come back!

The location is a bit beyond and room wasn't for us - two chairs by the table were uncomfotable to sit and the view from our window wasn't really something (room in first floor). But the rooms on ground floor seemed nice and had private entrances with table/chairs outside.

Cristina was lovely hostess and the garden/pool is beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful and nice (although with extra charge). The venue is situated in a quiet place and you could have a nice relaxing holiday.

We liked everything about the property. It just depends on what your desires are. It is a little bit of a drive to get to any towns or restaurants. However that it was provided for the tranquil setting.

Very relaxing atmosphere in a quiet rural setting! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. All the other guests were also a delight to meet. Breakfast was diverse and delicious everyday!

The place is located in a quiet mountain area. The stay was peaceful and comfortable, and the owner was super helpful and introduced us a lot about the surrounding area and towns. Breakfast was great, and there're nice facilities like playground for kids, table tennis and a pool on the site. Parking was also convenient and free of charge.

Honestly… nothing. Just that, due to other obligations, we could. it stay longer.

absolutely gorgeous location, green quiet and very well kept. The room (and bathroom) was very spacious. Traditional but with modern facilities. Unfortunately it was a bit cold for the swimming pool, but it looked very clean and large. The host (Cristina) was extremely helpful and friendly. Due to a ferry delay we arrived after check-in, but she made a great video for us how to park and get to the room. The breakfast was delicious and a great mix between traditionally Italian and a more Northern-European breakfast, which is great since we are a Dutch/Italian couple. We’ll be back.

The property is little bit to far to prime locations,specially when you’re travelling with children.I would recommend only few days stay.Also be aware when u book rooms some of them are “breakfast included”,some “breakfast available,pay at the property”.We and up paying more then we expected. Bear in mind that breakfast is very basic . Remember to read all policies,we had to pay 24€ tourist tax, which we weren’t aware of.

The property is located in peaceful hill side of Sassetta,is hosted by Cristina.She was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations.Property has nice and clean outdoor pool
